Abstract
【解決手段】同一の記録媒体の表面上に、色変化インク又は液晶インクなど用いて印刷されたオバート領域(市場で見て認識できる)3と、光再帰性印刷などで形成したコバート領域(特別の器具を使わないと認識できない)5の双方を設ける。オバート領域3とコバート領域5は別の場所に配置されていても、オーバーラップしていても、位置的に一致してされていてもよい。オバートの文字図形パターンと、コバートの文字図形パターンとは、同じでも異なっていてもよい。液晶インクを用いて印刷したオバートの場合、円偏光板を用いた真贋鑑定方法を用いることで、コバートとしても機能し得る。ステッカーには、剥がすと破れて再使用不能になるように1又は複数の切れ込みを設ける。

Description
Life」部分500−2は、例えば液晶材料を含んだ色変化インクで記録されたオバートである。このオバート500−2は例えばオフセット方式の印刷装置で印刷されている。また、破線で示された文字「E、P、O、O、N」部分500−3は、例えば蛍光インクを用いてオフセット方式の印刷装置で印刷されたコバートである。このセキュリティラベル500−1の図示しない裏面には接着層が設けられている。さらに、このセキュリティラベル500−1の2箇所の凹角部には、切り込み500−4が設けられている。
Claims (19)
- オバート技術により記録されたオバート記録と、コバート技術により記録されたコバート記録とを同一の記録媒体上に有する記録物。
- 前記オバート記録と前記コバート記録とが少なくとも部分的に重なっている請求項1記載の記録物。
- 前記オバート記録と前記コバート記録が平面デザインにおいて異なっている請求項1記載の記録物。
- 前記オバート記録は、色変化インク上に液晶インクを重ねることで形成されている請求項1記載の記録物。
- 前記オバート記録と前記コバート記録とが少なくとも部分的に重なっている請求項1記載の記録物。
- 前記コバート記録は、透明な反射層の上に透明な微細球を配してなる光再帰性層によって形成されている請求項5記載の記録物。
- 前記オバート記録と前記コバート記録とが平面デザインにおいて同一で且つ位置的に一致してスタックされている請求項1記載の記録物。
- 前記オバート記録が、特定色の下地上に液晶インクを重ねることで形成されており、
前記オバート記録の周囲の背景領域が、別の色の下地の上に前記液晶インクを重ねることで、又は、前記特定色の下地を、そこに前記液晶インクを重ねることなく直接的に用いて形成されており、
それにより、前記オバート記録が、コバート記録としても機能するようになった請求項7記載の記録物。 - 前記オバート記録が、特定光の照射に対して、鑑定装置に予め記憶されている特定のスペクトルパターンと一致するスペクトルパターンをもった反射光又は透過光を出力するインクを用いて形成されており、
それにより、前記オバート記録が、前記鑑定装置によって鑑定可能なコバート記録としても機能するようになった請求項7記載の記録物。 - 液晶インクを用いてオバート記録及びコバート記録の双方として機能する記録が形成された記録物の真贋判定方法において、
右円偏光板を通して前記記録物を観察するステップと、
左円偏光板を通して前記記録物を観察するステップと、
を有する真贋判定方法。 - 特定光の照射に対して、鑑定装置に予め記憶されている特定のスペクトルパターンと一致するスペクトルパターンをもった反射光又は透過光を出力するインクを用いてオバート記録及びコバート記録の双方として機能する記録が形成された記録物の真贋判定方法において、
前記記録物に特定光を照射して、前記記録物から出力される反射光又は透過光を得るステップと、
前記前記鑑定装置に予め記憶されている前記特定のスペクトルパターンと、前記前記記録物から出力される反射光又は透過光のスペクトルパターンとを対比するステップと
を有する真贋判定方法。 - オバート技術により形成されたオバート記録とコバート技術により形成されたコバート記録とを同一記録媒体の表面上に有し、
さらに接着層を有して対象物又は対象物のパッケージングに貼付することが可能になったセキュリティラベル。 - 前記オバート記録が光の選択反射により観察角度によって色変化を起こす記録であり、前記コバート記録が特定の器具又は装置を用いることで認識可能な記録である請求項12記載のセキュリティラベル。
- 前記オバート記録が液晶材料を使った記録であるか、または、金属酸化物層及び/または金属と薄膜雲母硝子層及び/または酸化珪素を積層させた材料を使った記録である請求項13記載のセキュリティラベル。
- 特定光の照射に対する反射光又は透過光のスペクトルパターンが、鑑定装置に予め記憶された特定のスペクトルパターンに一致するような材料を用いて形成された第2のコバート記録を前記同一記録媒体の表面上に更に有する請求項12記載のセキュリティラベル。
- 前記オバート記録が、特定光の照射に対する反射光又は透過光のスペクトルパターンが、鑑定装置に予め記憶された特定のスペクトルパターンに一致するような材料を用いて形成されており、それにより、前記オバート記録が第2のコバート記録としても機能するようになった請求項12記載のセキュリティラベル。
- 8平方センチメートル以下の面積を有する請求項12記載のセキュリティラベル。
- 対象物に一旦貼り付けた後に剥ぎ取ろうとする場合にセキュリティラベルが破れるように切り込みを有した請求項12記載のセキュリティラベル。
- 同一の記録媒体上にオバート技術によりオバート記録を印刷し且つコバート技術によりコバート記録を形成し、前記オバート技術による印刷はシルクスクリーン方式のものであるセキュリティラベルの製造方法。
