Abstract
【解決手段】圧縮機11、四方弁13、室外熱交換器14および室内熱交換器24を順次接続してなる冷媒回路100aを備えた空気調和装置100において、空気の吸込口21および吹出口22を備え、室内熱交換器24を内設する筐体23と、吸込口21から吹出口22に向けて筐体23内に空気を導通させる送風ファン25と、室内熱交換器24から吹出口22に向かう空気導通経路内に配置され、室内熱交換器24により熱交換された後の空気に除菌効果を有する液体を接触させて空気の除菌を行う空気除菌手段5とを備えさせる。

Description
すなわち、従来の空気調和装置では、除菌効果を有する液体を用いて湿式により空気を浄化するため、空気調和装置は、加湿後の空気に対して、冷暖房等を行うような構成となっていた。
本発明の課題は、湿式にて空気の除菌・浄化を行うとともに、空調の負荷を増大させずに室内の空気環境を快適に保つことのできる空気調和装置を提供することにある。
この場合、前記活性酸素種として、次亜塩素酸、オゾン、または過酸化水素のうち少なくともいずれかの物質を含むことが好ましい。
図1に本実施の形態における空気調和装置100の概略構成を示す。本実施の形態の空気調和装置100は、室外ユニット1と室内ユニット2とを備えた分離型のヒートポンプ式の空気調和装置100である。室外ユニット1の室外冷媒配管10と室内ユニット2の室内冷媒配管20とが連結配管30を介して連結され、これら室外ユニット1および室内ユニット2は制御装置4によって運転制御される。
本実施の形態の室内ユニット2は天井吊り下げ型のもので、天井から吊り下げられた吊りボルトに引っ掛けられて室内天井板の下面に設置、固定されている。
4H++4e-+(4OH-)→2H2+(4OH-)
の反応が起こり、アノード電極では、
2H2O→4H++O2+4e-
の反応が起こると同時に、水に含まれる塩素イオン(水道水に予め添加されているもの)が、
2Cl-→Cl2+2e-
のように反応し、さらにこのCl2は水と反応し、
Cl2+H2O→HClO+HCl
となる。
この空気調和装置100は、室外ユニット1に設けられた四方弁13が冷房側あるいは暖房側に切り換えられることにより、冷房運転又は暖房運転が行われる。
このとき、アノード電極では、
2H2O→4H++O2+4e-
の反応と同時に、
3H2O→O3+6H++6e-
2H2O→O3+4H++4e-
の反応が起こりオゾン(O3)が生成される。またカソード電極では、
4H++4e-+(4OH-)→2H2+(4OH-)
O2 -+e-+2H+→H2O2
のように、電極反応によりO2 -が生成したO2 -と溶液中のH+とが結合して、過酸化水素(H2O2)が生成される。

Claims (5)
- 圧縮機、四方弁、室外熱交換器および室内熱交換器を順次接続してなる冷媒回路を備えた空気調和装置において、
空気の吸込口および吹出口を備え、前記室内熱交換器を内設する筐体と、
前記吸込口から前記吹出口に向けて前記筐体内に空気を導通させる送風ファンと、
前記室内熱交換器から前記吹出口に向かう空気導通経路内に配置され、前記室内熱交換器により熱交換された後の空気に除菌効果を有する液体を接触させて空気の除菌を行う空気除菌手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする空気調和装置。 - 請求項1記載の空気調和装置において、
前記空気除菌手段は、前記室内熱交換器により熱交換された空気を前記液体に接触させる気液接触部材を備え、
前記気液接触部材に前記液体を供給する液体供給手段を備えたこと、
を特徴とする空気調和装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の空気調和装置において、
前記液体は、活性酸素種を含む電解水であること、
を特徴とする空気調和装置。 - 請求項3記載の空気調和装置において、
前記活性酸素種は、次亜塩素酸、オゾン、または過酸化水素のうち少なくともいずれかの物質を含むこと、
を特徴とする空気調和装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の空気調和装置において、
前記圧縮機、前記四方弁および前記室外熱交換器を室外ユニットに備え、前記筐体、前記室内熱交換器、送風ファンおよび空気除菌手段を室内ユニットに備えること、
を特徴とする空気調和装置。
