Abstract
【解決手段】圧縮機1(低段側圧縮要素1Aと高段側圧縮要素1B)及び各膨張手段(高圧側膨張手段としての高圧側膨張弁3と低圧側膨張手段としての低圧側膨張弁5)を制御する制御手段(コントローラ50)と、高圧側膨張弁3を経た冷媒の温度を検出する温度センサ52(温度検出手段)とを備え、コントローラ50は、温度センサ52が検出した温度に基づいて高圧側膨張弁3を経た冷媒の圧力P2を推定し、推定した圧力P2に基づいて高圧側膨張弁3、若しくは、低圧側膨張弁5の何れか一方を制御する。

Claims (4)
- 圧縮機、放熱器、高圧側膨張手段、気液分離手段、低圧側膨張手段及び蒸発器から構成される冷媒回路を備え、前記気液分離手段で分離された気相冷媒を前記圧縮機の中間圧部に戻し、液相冷媒を前記低圧側膨張手段を経て前記蒸発器に流入させる二段膨張冷凍装置において、
前記圧縮機及び各膨張手段を制御する制御手段と、前記高圧側膨張手段を経た冷媒の温度を検出する温度検出手段とを備え、該制御手段は、前記温度検出手段が検出した温度に基づいて前記高圧側膨張手段を経た冷媒の圧力P2を推定し、推定した圧力P2に基づいて前記高圧側膨張手段、若しくは、前記低圧側膨張手段のどちらか一方を制御することを特徴とする二段膨張冷凍装置。 - 前記温度検出手段は、前記気液分離手段にて分離された液相冷媒の温度を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二段膨張冷凍装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記圧力P2と前記圧縮機の中間圧部の圧力P1に基づいて前記高圧側膨張手段、若しくは、前記低圧側膨張手段のどちらか一方を制御することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の二段膨張冷凍装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記P2が前記P1より高くなるよう前記高圧側膨張手段、若しくは、前記低圧側膨張手段のどちらか一方を制御することを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の二段膨張冷凍装置。
