Abstract
【解決手段】一対の樹脂の一方10を把持する把持部材16と、他方12を支持する支持部材18と、把持部材16を昇降させる第1昇降装置22と、支持部材18を昇降させる第2昇降装置26と、一対の樹脂の接合部分を溶融するヒータ34と、を備え、一対の樹脂をヒータに対して相対的に移動させ、一対の樹脂の端部をヒータに当接することによって溶融させ、溶融された一対の樹脂の端部を互いに押し付けるように、一対の樹脂の少なくとも一方を移動することによって、一対の樹脂を接合させる樹脂の溶融接合装置であって、ヒータに当接することによって溶融する樹脂の長さを調整することが可能な溶融樹脂長さ調整手段を備えていることを特徴とする。

Claims (12)
- 対向する一対の樹脂をヒータに対して相対的に移動させ、前記一対の樹脂の端部をヒータに当接することによって溶融する溶融工程と、
溶融された一対の樹脂の端部を互いに押し付けるように、前記対向する一対の樹脂の少なくとも一方を移動することによって、前記対向する一対の樹脂を接合する接合工程と、
を備えた樹脂の溶融接合方法であって、
前記溶融工程において、前記ヒータに当接することによって溶融する樹脂の長さを調整することを特徴とする樹脂の溶融接合方法。 - 対向する一対の樹脂をヒータに対して相対的に移動させ、前記一対の樹脂の端部をヒータに当接することによって溶融する溶融工程と、
溶融された一対の樹脂の端部を互いに押し付けるように、前記対向する一対の樹脂の少なくとも一方を移動することによって、前記対向する一対の樹脂を接合する接合工程と、
を備えた樹脂の溶融接合方法であって、
前記溶融工程において、前記一対の樹脂の端部がヒータに接した後の前記対向する一対の樹脂をヒータに対して相対的に移動させる移動速度を調整することを特徴とする樹脂の溶融接合方法。 - 対向する一対の樹脂をヒータに対して相対的に移動させ、前記一対の樹脂の端部をヒータに当接することによって溶融する溶融工程と、
溶融された一対の樹脂の端部を互いに押し付けるように、前記対向する一対の樹脂の少なくとも一方を移動することによって、前記対向する一対の樹脂を接合する接合工程と、
を備えた樹脂の溶融接合方法であって、
前記接合工程において、前記溶融された一対の樹脂の端部が接してから、前記対向する一対の樹脂の少なくとも一方を移動させる長さを調整することを特徴とする樹脂の溶融接合方法。 - 対向する一対の樹脂をヒータに対して相対的に移動させ、前記一対の樹脂の端部をヒータに当接することによって溶融する溶融工程と、
溶融された一対の樹脂の端部を互いに押し付けるように、前記対向する一対の樹脂の少なくとも一方を移動することによって、前記対向する一対の樹脂を接合する接合工程と、
を備えた樹脂の溶融接合方法であって、
前記接合工程において、前記対向する一対の樹脂の少なくとも一方の移動速度を調整することを特徴とする樹脂の溶融接合方法。 - 対向する一対の樹脂をヒータに対して相対的に移動させ、前記一対の樹脂の端部をヒータに当接することによって溶融する溶融工程と、
溶融された一対の樹脂の端部を互いに押し付けるように、前記対向する一対の樹脂の少なくとも一方を移動することによって、前記対向する一対の樹脂を接合する接合工程と、
を備えた樹脂の溶融接合方法であって、
前記接合工程において、前記溶融された一対の樹脂の端部を互いに押し付ける際の荷重を調整することを特徴とする樹脂の溶融接合方法。 - 前記溶融工程の前記一対の樹脂の端部をヒータから離間させる際の移動速度、及び前記接合工程の前記一対の樹脂の端部が接するまでの移動速度を調整することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5いずれか記載の樹脂の溶融接合方法。
- 対向する一対の樹脂の一方を把持する把持部材と、
対向する一対の樹脂の他方を支持する支持部材と、
前記把持部材を昇降させる第1昇降装置と、
前記支持部材を昇降させる第2昇降装置と、
対向する一対の樹脂の接合部分を溶融するヒータと、
を備え、
対向する一対の樹脂をヒータに対して相対的に移動させ、前記一対の樹脂の端部をヒータに当接することによって溶融させ、
溶融された一対の樹脂の端部を互いに押し付けるように、前記対向する一対の樹脂の少なくとも一方を移動することによって、前記対向する一対の樹脂を接合させる樹脂の溶融接合装置であって、
前記ヒータに当接することによって溶融する樹脂の長さを調整することが可能な溶融樹脂長さ調整手段を備えていることを特徴とする樹脂の溶融接合装置。 - 対向する一対の樹脂の一方を把持する把持部材と、
対向する一対の樹脂の他方を支持する支持部材と、
前記把持部材を昇降させる第1昇降装置と、
前記支持部材を昇降させる第2昇降装置と、
対向する一対の樹脂の接合部分を溶融するヒータと、
を備え、
対向する一対の樹脂をヒータに対して相対的に移動させ、前記一対の樹脂の端部をヒータに当接することによって溶融させ、
溶融された一対の樹脂の端部を互いに押し付けるように、前記対向する一対の樹脂の少なくとも一方を移動することによって、前記対向する一対の樹脂を接合させる樹脂の溶融接合装置であって、
前記一対の樹脂の端部がヒータに接した後の前記対向する一対の樹脂をヒータに対して相対的に移動させる移動速度を調整することが可能な溶融移動速度調整手段を備えていることを特徴とする樹脂の溶融接合装置。 - 対向する一対の樹脂の一方を把持する把持部材と、
対向する一対の樹脂の他方を支持する支持部材と、
前記把持部材を昇降させる第1昇降装置と、
前記支持部材を昇降させる第2昇降装置と、
対向する一対の樹脂の接合部分を溶融するヒータと、
を備え、
対向する一対の樹脂をヒータに対して相対的に移動させ、前記一対の樹脂の端部をヒータに当接することによって溶融させ、
溶融された一対の樹脂の端部を互いに押し付けるように、前記対向する一対の樹脂の少なくとも一方を移動することによって、前記対向する一対の樹脂を接合させる樹脂の溶融接合装置であって、
前記溶融された一対の樹脂の端部が接してから、前記対向する一対の樹脂の少なくとも一方を移動させる長さを調整することが可能な接合長さ調整手段を備えていることを特徴とする樹脂の溶融接合装置。 - 対向する一対の樹脂の一方を把持する把持部材と、
対向する一対の樹脂の他方を支持する支持部材と、
前記把持部材を昇降させる第1昇降装置と、
前記支持部材を昇降させる第2昇降装置と、
対向する一対の樹脂の接合部分を溶融するヒータと、
を備え、
対向する一対の樹脂をヒータに対して相対的に移動させ、前記一対の樹脂の端部をヒータに当接することによって溶融させ、
溶融された一対の樹脂の端部を互いに押し付けるように、前記対向する一対の樹脂の少なくとも一方を移動することによって、前記対向する一対の樹脂を接合させる樹脂の溶融接合装置であって、
前記対向する一対の樹脂の少なくとも一方の移動速度を調整することが可能な接合移動速度調整手段を備えていることを特徴とする樹脂の溶融接合装置。 - 対向する一対の樹脂の一方を把持する把持部材と、
対向する一対の樹脂の他方を支持する支持部材と、
前記把持部材を昇降させる第1昇降装置と、
前記支持部材を昇降させる第2昇降装置と、
対向する一対の樹脂の接合部分を溶融するヒータと、
を備え、
対向する一対の樹脂をヒータに対して相対的に移動させ、前記一対の樹脂の端部をヒータに当接することによって溶融させ、
溶融された一対の樹脂の端部を互いに押し付けるように、前記対向する一対の樹脂の少なくとも一方を移動することによって、前記対向する一対の樹脂を接合させる樹脂の溶融接合装置であって、
前記溶融された一対の樹脂の端部を互いに押し付ける際の荷重を調整することが可能な接合押付荷重調整手段を備えていることを特徴とする樹脂の溶融接合装置。 - 前記溶融の後の前記一対の樹脂の端部をヒータから離間させる際の移動速度を調整することが可能な離間移動速度調整手段と、
前記接合の際の前記一対の樹脂の端部が接するまでの移動速度を調整することが可能な開始移動速度調整手段と、
をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項7乃至11いずれか記載の樹脂の溶融接合装置。
