Description

用于组合塑料燃料箱和塑料件的热熔接设备
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于组合塑料燃料箱和塑料件的热熔接设备,该设备被配置成通过热熔接将塑料件接合到塑料燃料箱的内表面上。
背景技术
通常,车辆的发动机是通过利用在燃烧室中燃烧燃料而产生的爆炸力使曲轴旋转来将热能转换成机械旋转力的装置。
在这种发动机中,必须连续地向燃烧室供应在燃烧室中燃烧的燃料,并且在车辆中设置储存一定量的燃料的燃料箱以连续供应燃料。
燃料箱通常由钢或塑料制成。然而,近年来,已经逐渐使用塑料燃料箱来减轻重量并提高燃料里程。
塑料燃料箱通常通过熔化工艺、挤出工艺和吹制工艺来制造。熔化工艺是通过施加高温热熔化塑性材料以获得熔融树脂的工艺。挤出工艺是将熔融树脂挤出成C形型坯、双片形型坯、圆筒形型坯等的工艺。吹制工艺是将型坯放入模具中并将高压空气吹入型坯以形成燃料箱形状的型坯的工艺。
通过吹塑成型工艺制造的塑料燃料箱经过冷却工艺,然后,诸如阀门的各种塑料件通过热熔接接合到燃料箱,并且一些塑料件被接合在塑料燃料箱的内表面上。
通常,如上所述,当塑料件被热熔接到塑料燃料箱的内表面上时,塑料燃料箱的熔接部和塑料件分别以不同的时间间隔被加热和熔化。此外,塑料件在塑料燃料箱外部的位置处被加热和熔化,然后移动到塑料燃料箱的内部并热熔接到塑料燃料箱的熔接部。因此,从对塑料燃料箱的熔接部进行加热和对塑料件进行加热时到开始对其热熔接时之间的时间过长。因此,热熔接在已经开始凝固的状态下进行,从而增加了接合缺陷的发生率。

因此,考虑到现有技术中出现的上述问题,提出了本实用新型,并且本实用新型提供一种用于组合塑料燃料箱和塑料件的热熔接设备,其中当塑料件被热熔接到塑料燃料箱的内表面上时,接合塑料件的塑料燃料箱的内表面的熔接部与塑料件的熔接表面在塑料燃料箱内部被同时加热和熔化,然后在熔化后立即被热熔接在一起。因此,从执行加热塑料燃料箱的熔接部和加热塑料件时到其热熔接开始时的时间显著减少,从而熔接部和塑料件被理想地加热以进行熔接,从而使在热熔接时的接合缺陷的发生率最小化。
为了实现上述目的,根据本实用新型的一个方面,提供一种用于组合塑料燃料箱和塑料件的热熔接设备,该设备通过热熔接将塑料件接合到塑料燃料箱的内表面上,该设备包括:缸体,其具有直线移动的缸体杆;第一旋转致动器,其与缸体杆联接并具有可旋转的第一轴和与第一轴联接的第一旋转轴;第二旋转致动器,其与第一旋转致动器联接并具有可旋转的第二轴和与第二轴联接的第二旋转轴;夹持部,其与第二旋转轴联接并夹持和固定塑料件;以及熔化单元,其与第一旋转轴联接,并被配置成对接合塑料件的塑料燃料箱的熔接部和塑料件的熔接表面同时加热。
缸体可联接到与机械臂联接的主体框架,引导部可联接到主体框架,并且引导部可连接到第一旋转致动器并引导第一旋转致动器的直线移动。
将塑料件固定到夹持部的操作可在塑料燃料箱外部的位置处执行,并且使用熔化单元对塑料燃料箱的熔接部和塑料件的熔接表面同时加热的操作可在塑料燃料箱内部的位置处执行。
当缸体杆直线移动时,第一旋转致动器和第二旋转致动器、夹持部和熔化单元可通过形成在塑料燃料箱处的箱孔插入塑料燃料箱中或从塑料燃料箱抽出。
设备可进一步包括:载荷传感器,在通过熔化单元对塑料燃料箱的熔接部和塑料件的熔接表面同时加热和熔化之后塑料件的熔接表面与塑料燃料箱的熔接部接触并热熔接到塑料燃料箱的熔接部时,测量与热熔接相关的接合力。
熔化单元可包括:第一灯和第二灯,当施加电力时,产生红外线以对塑料燃料箱的熔接部和塑料件的熔接表面同时加热;以及第一反射器和第二反射器,分别将从第一灯和第二灯产生的红外线聚光在塑料燃料箱的熔接部和塑料件的熔接表面上。
第一灯和第二灯可被设置成使得从第一灯和第二灯发射的红外线以彼此相反的方向照射;并且隔热材料可设置在第一灯和第二灯之间。
在塑料燃料箱内部的位置处,熔化单元可位于塑料燃料箱的熔接部和塑料件的熔接表面之间的位置处并且对熔接部和熔接表面同时加热;当完成对熔接部和熔接表面的同时加热时,熔化单元通过第一旋转致动器的操作可移动到远离熔接部和熔接表面之间位置的位置;并且在熔化单元移动之后缸体杆直线移动以缩短长度时,熔接表面可与熔接部接触,使得塑料件被热熔接到塑料燃料箱的内表面上。
根据如上所述的本实用新型的实施例,当塑料件被热熔接到塑料燃料箱的内表面上时,熔化单元在塑料燃料箱内部对接合塑料件的塑料燃料箱的熔接部和塑料件的熔接表面同时加热和熔化,然后塑料件的熔接表面在熔化后立即被热熔接到塑料燃料箱的熔接部。因此,可以大幅减少从执行对塑料燃料箱的熔接部加热和对塑料件加热时到其热熔接开始时的时间,从而熔接部和塑料件被理想地加热用于熔接,从而显著提高热熔接时的接合力。因此,可以消除制造的塑料燃料箱的缺陷。

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图详细描述根据本实用新型的示例性实施例的用于组合塑料燃料箱和塑料件的热熔接设备以及使用该设备组合塑料燃料箱和塑料件的方法。相同的附图标记在整个附图中将指代相同或相似的部件。
由塑料树脂制成的型坯被放入模具中并进行吹塑成型以制造具有一定形状的塑料燃料箱,并且如图1所示,具有预定大小的箱孔1a形成在所制造的已经经过冷却工艺的塑料燃料箱1的预定部位处,形成该箱孔用于安装燃料泵。
具有箱孔1a的塑料燃料箱1被固定到为热熔接工艺设置的夹具2上,并且根据本实用新型的热熔接设备3与机械臂4联接,使得热熔接设备3通过机械臂4的操作而朝向固定到夹具2的塑料燃料箱1移动。
如图1至图9所示,根据本实用新型的用于组合塑料燃料箱和塑料件的热熔接设备3包括:缸体10,其具有直线移动的缸体杆11;第一旋转致动器20,其与缸体杆11联接并具有可旋转的第一轴21和与第一轴21联接的第一旋转轴22;第二旋转致动器30,其与第一旋转致动器20联接并具有可旋转的第二轴31和与第二轴31联接的第二旋转轴32;夹持部40,其与第二旋转轴32联接并夹持和固定塑料件5;以及熔化单元50,其与第一旋转轴22联接,并被配置成对接合塑料件5的塑料燃料箱1的熔接部1b和塑料件5的熔接表面5a同时加热。
缸体10联接到与机械臂4联接的主体框架60,引导部61联接到主体框架60,并且第一旋转致动器20联接到该引导部61。引导部61除了提供第一旋转致动器20的稳定接合结构以外,还用于引导第一旋转致动器20的直线移动。
引导部61以凸凹联接结构与第一旋转致动器20联接。例如,当沿竖直方向延伸的轨道槽在图2的状态下形成在引导部61上时,沿竖直方向延伸并插入到轨道槽中的轨道突出部可形成在第一旋转致动器20上。
塑料件5可包括固定软管等的夹持机构、阀机构等。
缸体10、第一旋转致动器20和第二旋转致动器30以及夹持部40可为气动类型、液压类型或电动类型。
当缸体10操作时,缸体杆11在图2的状态下向下移动或在图4的状态下向上移动。
当缸体杆11直线移动时,第一旋转致动器20在通过引导部61引导的同时竖直地直线移动,并且与第一旋转致动器20联接的第二旋转致动器30与第一旋转致动器20一起移动。
参照图2,第二旋转致动器30位于第一旋转致动器20的后方,但不限于此。第二旋转致动器30可在不同位置处与第一旋转致动器20直接联接,或者使用支架等与第二旋转致动器30间接连接。
当第一旋转致动器20操作时,第一轴21通过接收动力而顺时针或逆时针旋转,并且通过第一轴21的旋转,第一旋转轴22在图2的状态下向右旋转,或者在图5的状态下向左旋转。换言之,第一旋转轴22可旋转180度。
当第一旋转轴22从图2的状态向右旋转到图5的状态时,第一旋转轴22不与第二轴31干涉。
当第二旋转致动器30操作时,第二轴31通过接收动力而顺时针或逆时针旋转,并且通过第二轴31的旋转,第二旋转轴32在图2的状态下向右旋转,或者在图5的状态向左旋转。换言之,第二旋转轴32可旋转180度。
夹持部40联接到第二旋转轴32的端部,并且如图2及图5所示,夹持部40位于熔化单元50的下方。为此,第二轴31和第二旋转轴32中的至少一个可弯曲成具有预定的角度或曲率。当然,此处,当第一旋转轴22旋转时,第二轴31不与第一旋转轴22干涉。
在使用根据本实用新型的设备的情况下,如图2所示,将塑料件5固定到夹持部40的操作在塑料燃料箱1外部的位置处执行,并且如图5所示,使用熔化单元50对塑料燃料箱1的熔接部1b和塑料件5的熔接表面5a同时加热的操作在塑料燃料箱1内部的位置处执行。
根据本实用新型的设备操作使得当缸体杆11直线移动时,第一旋转致动器20和第二旋转致动器30、夹持部40和熔化单元50通过在塑料燃料箱1上形成的箱孔1a插入塑料燃料箱1中或从塑料燃料箱1抽出。
根据本实用新型的设备进一步包括:载荷传感器(load cell)70,其用于在塑料燃料箱1的熔接部1b和塑料件5的熔接表面5a通过熔化单元50被同时加热和熔化之后,塑料件5的熔接表面5a与塑料燃料箱1的熔接部1b接触并热熔接到塑料燃料箱1的熔接部1b时,测量与热熔接相关的接合力。
当塑料件5的熔接表面5a使用根据本实用新型的设备通过热熔接被接合到塑料燃料箱1的熔接部1b时,存在以下可能性:如果接合力太强,则塑料燃料箱1或塑料件5的形状可能变形,如果接合力太弱,则塑料件5可能发生接合缺陷。为了防止这种情况,设置载荷传感器70以测量与热熔接塑料件5相关的接合力,由此使塑料件5通过最佳接合力联接到塑料燃料箱1,从而进一步提高塑料燃料箱1的质量。
虽然作为示例载荷传感器70被设置在夹持部40处,但是其可设置在诸如缸体10处的各种位置,只要载荷传感器70可以测量与热熔接塑料件5相关的接合力即可。
熔化单元50包括:第一灯51和第二灯52,当施加电力时,产生红外线以对塑料燃料箱1的熔接部1b和塑料件5的熔接表面5a同时加热;以及第一反射器53和第二反射器54,分别将从第一灯51和第二灯52产生的红外线聚光在塑料燃料箱1的熔接部1b和塑料件5的熔接表面5a上。
第一反射器53和第二反射器54用于反射从第一灯51和第二灯52向后散射的光,并且可以是但不限于反射镜。
根据本实用新型的熔化单元50被配置成使用第一灯51和第二灯52对塑料燃料箱1的熔接部1b和塑料件5的熔接表面5a同时加热。为此,第一灯51和第二灯52被配置成使得从第一灯51和第二灯52发射的红外线以彼此相反的方向照射,即第一灯51和第二灯52被设置在以180度角成角度间隔开的方向上反向(oppositely face)的竖直位置处。
此外,隔热材料55设置在第一灯51和第二灯52之间以防止从第一灯51产生的热量传递到第二灯52,同时防止第二灯52产生的热量传递到第一灯51。因此,防止第一灯51和第二灯52过热,从而延长第一灯51和第二灯52的寿命。
此外,使用根据本实用新型的热熔接设备3通过热熔接将塑料件5接合到塑料燃料箱1的内表面上的方法包括:在塑料燃料箱1外部的位置处将塑料件5固定到夹持部40;将固定到夹持部40的塑料件5和熔化单元50移动到塑料燃料箱1内部的位置;在塑料燃料箱1内部的位置使用熔化单元50对塑料燃料箱1的熔接部1b和塑料件5的熔接表面5a同时加热;并且当完成对熔接部1b和熔接表面5a的加热时,在熔接表面5a与熔接部1b接触时通过热熔接将塑料件5接合到塑料燃料箱1的内表面上。
在将塑料件5热熔接到塑料燃料箱1的内表面上之后,夹持部40和熔化单元50可从塑料燃料箱1中抽出。此处,夹持部40和熔化单元50通过形成在塑料燃料箱1处的箱孔1a移动到塑料燃料箱1的内部和外部的位置。
以下,将描述本实用新型的实施例的操作。
由塑料树脂制成的型坯被放入模具中并进行吹塑成型以制造具有一定形状的塑料燃料箱1。然后,塑料燃料箱1经过冷却工艺,如图1所示,具有预定大小的箱孔1a形成在塑料燃料箱1的预定部位处,形成箱孔1a用于安装燃料泵。
具有箱孔1a的塑料燃料箱1被固定到为热熔接工艺设置的夹具2上。如图2所示,热熔接设备3与机械臂4联接,并通过机械臂4的操作朝向固定到夹具2的塑料燃料箱1的箱孔1a移动,并且如图3所示,热熔接设备3使用夹持部40固定将被热熔接到塑料燃料箱1的塑料件。
如图4所示,当塑料件5使用夹持部40被固定时,缸体杆11通过缸体10的操作而向下移动,第一旋转致动器20在通过引导部61引导的同时向下移动,与第一旋转致动器20联接的第二旋转致动器30也向下移动。此处,固定到夹持部40的塑料件5和熔化单元50通过在塑料燃料箱1上形成的箱孔1a插入到塑料燃料箱1中。
如图5所示,当固定到夹持部40的塑料件5和熔化单元50插入到塑料燃料箱1中时,第一旋转致动器20操作,由此第一轴21通过接收动力而旋转,并且第一旋转轴22和熔化单元50向右旋转180度。此外,第二旋转致动器30操作,由此第二轴31旋转,并且第二旋转轴32、夹持部40和固定到夹持部40的塑料件5向右旋转180度。
第一旋转轴22在不与第二轴31干涉的情况下旋转,从而确保了第一旋转轴22的平稳旋转。
如图5所示,当第一旋转轴22和第二旋转轴32完成旋转时,熔化单元50的第一灯51面向塑料燃料箱1的内表面的熔接部1b,并且第二灯52面向塑料件5的熔接表面5a。之后,当将电力施加到熔化单元50时,从第一灯51和第二灯52产生红外线,由此对熔接部1b和熔接表面5a加热和熔化。
当熔接部1b和熔接表面5a被充分熔化时,关闭第一灯51和第二灯52,然后操作第一旋转致动器20,使得如图6所示,第一旋转轴22和熔化单元50向左旋转180度。因此,熔化单元50在位于塑料燃料箱1的熔接部1b与塑料部5的熔接表面5a之间的状态下移动到另一位置。
如图6所示,当熔化单元50完成移动时,如图7所示,缸体杆11通过缸体10的操作向上移动,第一旋转致动器20和第二旋转致动器30也通过缸体杆11的向上移动而向上移动。在该过程中,固定到夹持部40的塑料件5的熔接表面5a与塑料燃料箱1的熔接部1b接触并通过热熔接接合到塑料燃料箱1的熔接部1b。
热熔接时的接合力通过载荷传感器70进行测量,并且测量值被传送给控制器。控制器使用载荷传感器70的测量值来控制缸体10的操作,即缸体杆11的向上移动,从而确保热熔接时的最佳接合力。
如图7所示,当塑料件5与塑料燃料箱1的熔接部1b完成热熔接时,移除夹持部40以将塑料件50从固定状态释放,并且如图8所示,通过第二旋转致动器30的操作,第二旋转轴32和夹持部40向左旋转180度,并且与箱孔1a同轴定位。
当在图8的状态下,缸体杆11通过缸体10的操作向上移动时,如图9所示,夹持部40和熔化单元50最终通过塑料燃料箱1的箱孔1a从塑料燃料箱1中抽出以返回到其原来的位置,从而准备后续过程。
根据如上所述的本实用新型的实施例,当塑料件5被热熔接到塑料燃料箱1的内表面上时,熔化单元50在塑料燃料箱1内部的位置对接合塑料件5的塑料燃料箱1的熔接部1b和塑料件5的熔接表面5a同时加热和熔化,然后将塑料件5的熔接表面5a立即热熔接到塑料燃料箱1的熔接部1b。因此,可以大幅减少从对塑料燃料箱1的熔接部1b加热和对塑料件5加热时到其热熔接开始时的时间,从而熔接部1b和塑料件5被理想地加热用于热熔接,从而显著提高热熔接时的接合力。因此,可以消除制造的塑料燃料箱1的缺陷。
尽管为了说明的目的描述了本实施例的优选实施例,但是本领域技术人员将理解的是,在不脱离如所附权利要求中公开的本实用新型的范围和精神的情况下,可进行各种修改、添加和替换。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于组合塑料燃料箱和塑料件的热熔接设备,其特征在于,所述设备通过热熔接将塑料件接合到所述塑料燃料箱的内表面上,所述设备包括:
缸体,其具有直线移动的缸体杆;
第一旋转致动器,其与所述缸体杆联接并具有可旋转的第一轴和与所述第一轴联接的第一旋转轴;
第二旋转致动器,其与所述第一旋转致动器联接并具有可旋转的第二轴和与所述第二轴联接的第二旋转轴;
夹持部,其与所述第二旋转轴联接并夹持和固定所述塑料件;以及
熔化单元,其与所述第一旋转轴联接,并被配置成对接合所述塑料件的所述塑料燃料箱的熔接部和所述塑料件的熔接表面同时加热。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述缸体联接到与机械臂联接的主体框架,
引导部被联接到所述主体框架,并且
所述引导部连接到所述第一旋转致动器并引导所述第一旋转致动器的直线移动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,将所述塑料件固定到所述夹持部的操作在所述塑料燃料箱外部的位置处执行,并且
使用所述熔化单元对所述塑料燃料箱的熔接部和所述塑料件的熔接表面同时加热的操作在所述塑料燃料箱内部的位置处执行。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,当所述缸体杆直线移动时,所述第一旋转致动器和所述第二旋转致动器、所述夹持部和所述熔化单元通过形成在所述塑料燃料箱处的箱孔插入所述塑料燃料箱中或从所述塑料燃料箱抽出。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备进一步包括:
载荷传感器,其在通过所述熔化单元对所述塑料燃料箱的熔接部和所述塑料件的熔接表面同时加热和熔化之后所述塑料件的熔接表面与所述塑料燃料箱的熔接部接触并热熔接到所述塑料燃料箱的熔接部时,测量与热熔接相关的接合力。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述熔化单元包括:
第一灯和第二灯,当施加电力时,产生红外线以对所述塑料燃料箱的熔接部和所述塑料件的熔接表面同时加热;以及
第一反射器和第二反射器,分别将从所述第一灯和所述第二灯产生的红外线聚光在所述塑料燃料箱的熔接部和所述塑料件的熔接表面上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一灯和所述第二灯被设置成使得从所述第一灯和所述第二灯发射的红外线以彼此相反的方向照射;并且
隔热材料设置在所述第一灯和所述第二灯之间。
8.根据权利要求3所述的设备,其特征在于,在所述塑料燃料箱内部的位置处,所述熔化单元位于所述塑料燃料箱的熔接部和所述塑料件的熔接表面之间的位置处并且对所述熔接部和所述熔接表面同时加热;
当完成对所述熔接部和所述熔接表面的同时加热时,通过所述第一旋转致动器的操作,所述熔化单元移动到远离所述熔接部和所述熔接表面之间位置的位置;并且
在所述熔化单元移动之后所述缸体杆直线移动以缩短长度时,所述熔接表面与所述熔接部接触,使得所述塑料件被热熔接到所述塑料燃料箱的内表面上。
