本申请涉及塑料油箱制造装备技术领域,尤其涉及一种塑料油箱内部焊接装置。该焊接设备包括支撑平台、设置于所述支撑平台的机械手和六轴联动支撑臂,所述六轴联动支撑臂与所述支撑平台连接,所述机械手包括设置有加热头的第一机械手和设置有夹具的第二机械手,所述第一机械手及所述第二机械手与所述支撑平台滑动连接,所述第一机械手的朝向以及所述第二机械手的朝向均平行于所述支撑平台所在的平面,所述第一机械手的朝向与所述第二机械手的朝向相一致、同为沿所述支撑平台旋转方向顺时针或者逆时针设置,所述支撑平台上还设置有用于加热焊件的加热装置。本焊接设备占用空间小,而且加工灵活方便,同时又能保证焊接效率。

一种塑料油箱内部焊接装置
技术领域
本申请涉及塑料油箱制造装备技术领域,尤其涉及一种塑料油箱内部焊接装置。
背景技术
早期的汽车油箱大多是金属油箱,由于金属油箱在环保、安全性能等方面存在着很多缺陷,由此而导致了塑料油箱的诞生。塑料油箱重量轻、防腐能力强、不会因热膨胀而爆炸,安全性高,塑料油箱通常采用一次吹塑成型,造型随意,能根据实际需要成型出适合的形状,而且生产成本低,加工工艺简单,不论多复杂的产品造型都可一次成型,并且报废的产品经粉碎后材料可以循环使用,这些优点都是金属油箱无法比拟的,正是由于塑料油箱具有不同于金属油箱的诸多优点,使得塑料油箱替代金属燃油箱。
然而,一个完整的塑料油箱需要在成型出来的塑料油箱的不同部位上加装多种管路功能件,才能实现塑料油箱的使用功能,如果采用人工的方式焊接上述管路功能件,不仅工艺复杂,而且工作效率低,也很难保证产品的质量,尤其是当需要在油箱内部进行焊接管路功能件时。现有技术中,为了将所需的功能件焊接在油箱内部,通常采用三维机器人机械手臂将加热头送进油箱内部的焊件部位,并且将油箱的焊件部位加热至熔融状态,同时待焊件也需要在加热装置上被加热至熔融状态,然后将焊件粘接在油箱的焊件部位上,冷却后即完成焊接过程。可见,在塑料油箱焊接时需要先加热再放置焊接,而一般设备仅能配备单一的焊接头,因此需要更换焊接头,当需要更换焊接头时往往需要人工更换焊接头才能继续进行焊接工作,而更换的操作过程复杂繁琐,每次焊接都需要更换,导致加工效率低下,为避免焊接头的频繁更换工作,则需要同时配备两台三维机器人机械手臂,由于三维机器人机械手臂其本身功能强大结构复杂的特点,导致其成本较高,同时配备两台这样的设备不仅成本投入高,而且两台设备会占用较多的空间,给生产管理和维护均带来不便。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于避免现有技术中的上述不足之处而提供一种占用空间小,加工灵活方便,又能保证焊接效率的塑料油箱内部焊接设备。
本申请的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
提供了一种塑料油箱内部焊接装置,包括支撑平台和设置于所述支撑平台的机械手,还包括六轴联动支撑臂,所述六轴联动支撑臂与所述支撑平台连接,所述机械手包括设置有用于加热塑料油箱的加热头的第一机械手和设置有用于夹持及放置焊件的夹具的第二机械手,所述第一机械手及所述第二机械手均与所述支撑平台滑动连接,所述第一机械手的朝向以及所述第二机械手的朝向均平行于所述支撑平台所在的平面,且所述第一机械手的朝向与所述第二机械手的朝向相一致、同为沿所述支撑平台旋转方向顺时针或者逆时针设置,所述支撑平台上还设置有用于加热焊件的加热装置。
其中,所述第一机械手和所述第二机械手为形状结构相同的机械手。
其中,所述第一机械手和所述第二机械手均为钩形机械手,所述钩形机械手包括直部和与直部连接的弯部。
其中,所述第一机械手和所述第二机械手设置在所述支撑平台的一面,所述加热装置设置在所述支撑平台的另一面。
其中,所述第一机械手和所述第二机械手在所述支撑平台上以所述六轴联动支撑臂与所述支撑平台的连接处呈中心对称。
其中,所述支撑平台设置有直线导轨,所述第一机械手及所述第二机械手沿所述直线导轨滑动连接。
其中,所述支撑平台设置有用于驱动所述第一机械手和所述第二机械手沿所述直线导轨滑动的驱动气缸。
其中,所述加热装置包括支撑臂、小型直线导轨、小型驱动气缸和加热板,所述支撑臂固定于所述支撑平台,所述小型直线导轨和所述小型驱动气缸设置在所述支撑臂上,所述小型驱动气缸驱动所述加热板沿所述小型直线导轨滑动。
本申请的有益效果:
本申请的一种塑料油箱内部焊接装置,用于加热塑料油箱的机械手和用于放置焊件的机械手均设置于同一支撑平台上,并将所述支撑平台安装于六轴联动支撑臂上,通过所述六轴联动支撑臂可方便的对机械手进行交替轮换,实现对塑料油箱的加热并将焊件放置于相应位置,所有的焊接工作在一台设备上完成。本焊接设备采用六轴联动支撑臂控制,能很好的保证焊接精度,确保产品的焊接质量,机械手能够在支撑平台上滑动,使得本焊接设备加工更加灵活方便,用于加热塑料油箱的机械手和用于放置焊件的机械手设置于同一支撑平台上,从而省略了更换焊接头的工作,提高了加工效率,而且不需要配备两台设备进行加工,不仅节省的成本投入,而且设备占用空间小,节省了厂房空间,有利于生产管理和维护。

具体实施方式
结合以下实施例对本申请作进一步描述。
一种塑料油箱内部焊接装置,如图1所示,包括支撑平台1和设置于支撑平台1的机械手,同时,该塑料油箱内部焊接设备还包括六轴联动支撑臂4,六轴联动支撑臂4与支撑平台1连接,其中,六轴联动支撑臂4能够在所述塑料油箱内部焊接设备上的六个坐标轴上同时移动。所谓六轴联动是指在设备上的六个坐标轴(包括直线坐标和旋转坐标)上同时进行移动或转动,而且可在计算机数控系统的控制下同时协调运动进行,这样可以提高空间自由曲面的加工精度、质量和效率。而六轴就是指六个坐标轴,其中三个轴是x轴,y轴,z轴,剩下的三个轴指的是以x轴,y轴,z轴为基准旋转。
所述机械手包括设置有用于加热塑料油箱的加热头12的第一机械手2和设置有用于夹持及放置焊件的夹具13的第二机械手3,优选地,第一机械手2和第二机械手3为形状结构相同的机械手。具体地,第一机械手2和第二机械手3为钩形机械手,所述钩形机械手包括直部14和与直部14连接的弯部15。
第一机械手2及第二机械手3与支撑平台1均滑动连接,优选地,在支撑平台1上设置有直线导轨5,第一机械手2及第二机械手3沿直线导轨5滑动连接。进一步地,在支撑平台1设置有用于驱动第一机械手2和第二机械手3沿直线导轨5滑动的驱动气缸6。
为了操作更简单方便,第一机械手2的朝向以及第二机械手3的朝向均平行于支撑平台1所在的平面,同时,第一机械手2的朝向与第二机械手3的朝向相一致、同为沿支撑平台1旋转方向顺时针或者逆时针设置。优选地,第一机械手2和第二机械手3在支撑平台1上以六轴联动支撑臂4与支撑平台1的连接处呈中心对称。
如图2所示,支撑平台1上还设置有用于加热焊件的加热装置7,加热装置7包括支撑臂8、小型直线导轨9、小型驱动气缸10和加热板11,支撑臂8固定于支撑平台1,小型直线导轨9和小型驱动气缸10设置在支撑臂8上,小型驱动气缸9驱动加热板11沿小型直线导轨9滑动。
优选地,第一机械手2和第二机械手3设置在支撑平台1的一面,加热装置7设置在支撑平台1的另一面。
焊接时,首先将加热头12送进塑料油箱16内部的焊件部位,通过控制六轴联动支撑臂4驱动支撑平台1,从而带动设置有加热头12的第一机械手2,当加热头12被送到塑料油箱16的焊接工艺口时,可通过控制驱动气缸6,驱动第一机械手2的直部14沿直线导轨5滑动,配合支撑平台1的转动,准确灵活的将第一机械手2的弯部15送进塑料油箱16内部,继续控制六轴联动支撑臂4让整个弯部15在不触碰塑料油箱内壁的情况下进入塑料油箱16,并最终到达塑料油箱16内设定的位置上,用加热头12将塑料油箱16的焊件部位加热至熔融状态后,第一机械手2沿原路退出。与此同时,被夹持于夹具13的焊件在加热装置7加热至熔融状态,固定安装于支撑平台1另一侧的加热装置7上的加热板11,在小型驱动气缸10的驱动下沿小型直线导轨9前进至夹具13的下方,通过驱动气缸6让第二机械手3下移使夹持在夹具13上的焊件与加热板11接触,加热板11将所述焊件加热至熔融状态后,加热板11再通过小型驱动气缸10退回,完成对焊件的加热。然后,再控制六轴联动支撑臂4驱动支撑平台1旋转,轮换到第二机械手3进入塑料油箱16,参考将加热头12送进塑料油箱16的原理过程,将夹具13送进塑料油箱16内,如图3所示,特别是第一机械手2和第二机械手3为形状结构相同的机械手、而且在支撑平台1上以六轴联动支撑臂4与支撑平台1的连接处呈中心对称时,第二机械手3的运行轨迹与第一机械手的运行轨迹相一致,最后把夹具13上的焊件放置并压紧于上述被加热至熔融状态的焊件部位上,松开夹具13,控制第二机械手3退出塑料油箱16,待焊件部位冷却后即完成整个焊接过程。
本焊接设备,将用于加热塑料油箱的机械手和用于放置焊件的机械手均设置于同一支撑平台上,通过六轴联动支撑臂控制该支撑平台对机械手进行交替轮换,实现对塑料油箱的加热并将焊件放置于相应位置,所有的焊接工作在一台设备上完成,从而省略了更换焊接头的工作,提高了加工效率,而且不需要配备两台设备进行加工,不仅节省的成本投入,而且设备占用空间小,节省了厂房空间,有利于生产管理和维护能很好的保证焊接精度,由于采用六轴联动支撑臂,更进一步保证产品的焊接质量,机械手能够在支撑平台上滑动,使得本焊接设备加工更加灵活方便。

1.一种塑料油箱内部焊接装置,包括支撑平台和设置于所述支撑平台的机械手,其特征在于:还包括六轴联动支撑臂,所述六轴联动支撑臂与所述支撑平台连接,所述机械手包括设置有用于加热塑料油箱的加热头的第一机械手和设置有用于夹持及放置焊件的夹具的第二机械手,所述第一机械手及所述第二机械手均与所述支撑平台滑动连接,所述第一机械手的朝向以及所述第二机械手的朝向均平行于所述支撑平台所在的平面,且所述第一机械手的朝向与所述第二机械手的朝向相一致、同为沿所述支撑平台旋转方向顺时针或者逆时针设置,所述支撑平台上还设置有用于加热焊件的加热装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料油箱内部焊接装置,其特征在于:所述第一机械手和所述第二机械手为形状结构相同的机械手。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种塑料油箱内部焊接装置,其特征在于:所述第一机械手和所述第二机械手均为钩形机械手,所述钩形机械手包括直部和与直部连接的弯部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料油箱内部焊接装置,其特征在于:所述第一机械手和所述第二机械手设置在所述支撑平台的一面,所述加热装置设置在所述支撑平台的另一面。
