Abstract
【解決手段】第1および第2平板73、74の間に平たい第1空間75が区画される。第3および第4平板76、77の間に平たい第2空間78が区画される。円筒状の管の断面積に比べて平たい第1および第2空間75、78では大きな断面積が確保される。平たい第1および第2空間75、78は冷媒の流通路として機能する。断面積の増大に基づき冷媒の流速は低下する。こうして冷媒は第1および第2空間75、78内を緩やかに流れることができる。冷媒は長い時間にわたって第1および第2平板73、74や第3および第4平板76、77に接触する。冷媒の熱は第1および第2平板73、74や第3および第4平板76、77に十分に受け渡される。放熱の効率は高められる。

Claims (3)
- 基準平面に沿って広がる第1平板と、第1平板の表面に向き合わせられて、第1平板に沿って平たい第1空間を第1平板との間に区画する第2平板と、第1平板に並列に前記基準平面に沿って広がる第3平板と、第3平板の表面に向き合わせられて、第3平板に沿って第1空間に並列に平たい第2空間を第3平板との間に区画する第4平板とを備えることを特徴とする液冷ユニット用熱交換器。
- 伝熱板で電子部品に受け止められて、伝熱板上に冷媒の流通路を区画する受熱器と、受熱器から一巡する循環経路と、循環経路に組み入れられて、冷媒から熱を奪う熱交換器とを備え、前記熱交換器は、基準平面に沿って広がる第1平板と、第1平板の表面に向き合わせられて、第1平板に沿って平たい第1空間を第1平板との間に区画する第2平板と、第1平板に並列に前記基準平面に沿って広がる第3平板と、第3平板の表面に向き合わせられて、第3平板に沿って第1空間に並列に平たい第2空間を第3平板との間に区画する第4平板とを備えることを特徴とする液冷ユニット。
- 電子部品と、平板状の伝熱板で電子部品に受け止められる受熱器と、受熱器から一巡する循環経路と、循環経路に組み入れられて、冷媒から熱を奪う熱交換器とを備え、前記熱交換器は、前記熱交換器は、基準平面に沿って広がる第1平板と、第1平板の表面に向き合わせられて、第1平板に沿って平たい第1空間を第1平板との間に区画する第2平板と、第1平板に並列に前記基準平面に沿って広がる第3平板と、第3平板の表面に向き合わせられて、第3平板に沿って第1空間に並列に平たい第2空間を第3平板との間に区画する第4平板とを備えることを特徴とする電子機器。
