【解決手段】基材フィルム35と、前記基材フィルムの表面に形成された転写層32を有し、成形樹脂体である透明カバー成形体90の表面に前記転写層32を前記基材フィルム35から剥離させて転写する透明カバー成形体用転写シートである。前記転写層32は、基材フィルム35から剥離して、転写後に前記透明カバー成形体の最外面を形成する透明保護層34が設けられており、前記透明保護層34は、アクリル系樹脂、ウレタン系樹脂、メラミン系樹脂又はエポキシ系樹脂又はこれらの2種以上の混合樹脂で構成され、平均粒子径が1μm以下で屈折率が1.42から1.52である体質顔料37を固形分比率で10から70重量%含む。

前記転写層は、転写後に基材フィルムから剥離して、前記透明カバー成形体の最外面を形成する透明保護層が設けられており、
前記透明保護層は、アクリル系樹脂、ウレタン系樹脂、メラミン系樹脂又はエポキシ系樹脂又はこれらの2種以上の混合樹脂で構成され、平均粒子径が1μm以下で屈折率が1.42から1.52である体質顔料を固形分比率で10から70重量%含むことを特徴とする、透明カバー成形体用転写シートを提供する。

Claims (6)
- 基材フィルムと、前記基材フィルムの表面に形成された転写層を有し、成形樹脂体である透明カバー成形体の表面に前記転写層を前記基材フィルムから剥離させて転写する透明カバー成形体用転写シートであって、
前記転写層は、転写後に基材フィルムから剥離して、前記透明カバー成形体の最外面を形成する透明保護層が設けられており、
前記透明保護層は、アクリル系樹脂、ウレタン系樹脂、メラミン系樹脂又はエポキシ系樹脂又はこれらの2種以上の混合樹脂で構成され、平均粒子径が1μm以下で屈折率が1.42から1.52である体質顔料を固形分比率で10から70重量%含むことを特徴とする、透明カバー成形体用転写シート。 - 前記体質顔料は、前記透明保護層を形成している樹脂と略等しい屈折率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の透明カバー成形体用転写シート。
- 前記体質顔料の屈折率は、前記透明保護層を形成している樹脂の屈折率と0.03以下の差である請求項1に記載の透明カバー成形体用転写シート。
- 前記表面保護層は、活性エネルギー線硬化樹脂で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の透明カバー成形体用転写シート。
- 前記体質顔料は、シリカ系反応性微粒子で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の透明カバー成形体用転写シート。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の透明カバー成形体用転写シートの転写層が熱転写又は成形同時転写により転写されたことを特徴とする、透明カバー部品。
