Abstract
【解決手段】ストッパリング13を装着した可撓性シース2の先端に装着した高周波ナイフ10は第1,第2の電極部材11,12から構成され、第1の電極部材11は基端側が太径部11aで、先端側が細径部11bとからなり、第2の電極部材12の内面側が段差構造になっている。高周波ナイフ10を2段で突出させるために、スライダ5は、第1の駆動部20及び第2の駆動部21と、連動部材22とから構成され、連動部材22の長孔22aに連結用ねじ28を挿通させて、この連結用ねじ28を締め付けて、第1,第2の駆動部20,21間を連結状態となし、第2の駆動部21には第2の駆動部21は本体軸4に固定的に保つための止めねじ29が螺挿されている。

Claims (3)
- 電気絶縁部材からなり、内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネル内に挿通可能な可撓性シースに高周波ナイフを装着し、前記可撓性シースに連結した操作手段により、前記高周波ナイフを前記可撓性シースの先端から出没操作する構成とした高周波処置具において、
前記高周波ナイフはテレスコープ状に組み込まれた第1,第2の電極部材から構成され、
前記操作手段は、前記第1,第2の電極部材をそれぞれ移動させる第1,第2の駆動部材と、これら第1,第2の駆動部材間を連動及び連動解除する連動部材とを備え、
前記可撓性シースに前記第2の電極部材の突出長さを規制する第1段規制部を設け、前記第2の電極部材には、前記第1の電極部材のこの第2の電極部材の先端からの突出長さを規制する第2段規制部を設ける
構成としたことを特徴とする高周波処置具。 - 前記可撓性シースの先端内面に前記高周波ナイフを導出可能な通路を有するストッパリングを装着し、前記第2の電極部材の基端部には、このストッパリングの基端部に接離可能な構成とすることによって前記第1段規制部としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波処置具。
- 前記第1の駆動部材と前記第1の電極部材との間は第1の伝達部材で連結され、また前記第2の駆動部材と前記第2の電極部材との間は第2の伝達部材で連結されて、前記連動部材によってこれら第1,第2の駆動部材を連動状態とすることによって、前記第1,第2の電極部材を前記第1段規制部の位置まで変位可能となし、前記連動部材による前記第1,第2の駆動部材の連動解除状態とすることにより、前記第1の駆動部材で前記第1の電極部材を前記第2段規制部の位置まで変位可能な構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波処置具。
