Abstract
Description
2層片面DVD(DVD−9等)を製造する一般的な方法は、その各々が情報層を担持する2枚の0.6mm基板を共に接合することである。二重層ディスクを製造するための別の方法が、いわゆる「2P処理」である。この2P処理は、(2枚の)各基板内に1つの層を形成する代わりに、2つの内部情報層を有する単一の基板構造を生じる。このことは、DVD−9の製造には必要とされないが、DVD14/18またはDVDR9等の他の多層フォーマットに必要とされる。
US 6,117,284およびUS 6,309,496は、2P処理に関する一般的な情報を記載している。
2つの異なる接着剤を用いる2P処理に対する最新の解決策の欠点を回避するために、以下の方法を提案する。好ましくは良好な複製の特性を有する第1の接着剤が、適切な基板上にスピンコートされ、第1の硬化工程においてUV光で硬化される。次の工程では、このコーティングされた基板が、第2の接着剤を用いて残りの基板と共に接合される。この工程は、第2の硬化工程によって完了する標準的な接合工程である。
Claims (4)
- ディスク形状の被加工物を生成するための方法であって、
a)第1および第2のディスク形状の基板を生成するステップと、
b)前記第1の基板の平坦な面の1つ上に少なくとも部分的に第1の接着剤を塗布するステップと、
c)前記第1の接着剤を硬化するステップと、
d)前記第1または第2の基板の平坦な面の少なくとも1つ上に少なくとも部分的に第2の接着剤を塗布するステップと、
e)前記基板を接合して前記ディスク形状の被加工物を形成するステップとを含む、方法。 - f)前記ディスク形状の被加工物を硬化するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の接着剤は、良好な複製の特性を提供するように適合される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 第2の接着剤は、良好な弾性特性を提供するように適合される、請求項1から3に記載の方法。
