Abstract
Description
本発明は、通信機器に関し、更に詳しくは、エネルギー消費を削減し易くするためにセンサを用いた移動電話の送受話器、ヘッドフォン、及び関連する通信機器に関する。一実施形態では、本発明は、情報を表示する表示画面及び通信機器の一部を照明するバックライトの少なくともいずれか一方を有する通信機器を含む。この機器は、コマンド信号を供給するためのセンサと、コマンド信号に応じて表示画面の動作を制御する制御手段とを更に有する。また、この機器は、表示画面が情報を表示する第1モードと、第1モードよりも消費電力が少ない第2モードとを有し、第1モードと第2モードとは、コマンド信号に応じて変更される。本発明の別の一様態によれば、通信機器は携帯型であり、更に別の一様態によれば、通信機器は移動電話を含む。
Claims (23)
- 情報を表示する表示画面及び通信機器の一部を照明するバックライトの少なくともいずれか一方と、
コマンド信号を供給するためのセンサと、
前記コマンド信号に応じて前記通信機器の動作を制御する制御手段とを有し、
前記通信機器は、電力を使う第1モードと、前記第1モードよりも電力を使わない第2モードとを有し、
前記第1モードと前記第2モードとは、前記コマンド信号に応じて変更されることを特徴とする通信機器。 - 前記通信機器は携帯型であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通信機器。
- 前記通信機器は移動電話を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の通信機器。
- 前記通信機器は移動電話のヘッドフォンを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の通信機器。
- 前記センサは、電力消費を減らす為に、前記表示画面の近くにあるユーザーの頭部を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通信機器。
- 前記センサは、所定近接ゾーン内にある物体を感知するための近接センサを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通信機器。
- 前記センサは、圧力が所定閾値を超えた時を感知するための圧力センサを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通信機器。
- 前記センサは、温度が所定閾値を超えた時を感知するための温度センサを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通信機器。
- 前記センサは、光量が所定閾値を超えた時を感知するためのライトセンサを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通信機器。
- 前記センサは、前記第1モード及び前記第2モード間の変更を行うかを決定するための、協同で作動する2つのセンサを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通信機器。
- 前記センサは、前記第1モード及び前記第2モード間の変更を行うかを決定するために、タイマーと協同して作動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通信機器。
- 前記センサは、前記第1モード及び前記第2モード間の変更を行うかを決定するために、アプリケーションと協同して作動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通信機器。
- 通信機器の動作を制御する方法であって、
前記通信機器内に少なくとも1つのセンサを供給する工程と、
前記通信機器の動作を制御するためのコマンド信号を送信する工程と、
前記コマンド信号に応じて、前記通信機器の一部に供給する電力量を制御する工程と
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記制御工程は、前記コマンド工程の受信に応じて行われることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記コマンド信号を受信しなかった場合に、前記制御工程を終了させる工程を更に有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記コマンド信号を供給する工程は、所定時間間隔で繰り返し行われることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記センサは、所定近接ゾーン内にある物体を感知するための近接センサを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記センサは、圧力が所定閾値を超えた時を感知するための圧力センサであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記センサは、温度が所定閾値を超えた時を感知するための温度センサであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記センサは、光量が所定閾値を超えた時を感知するためのライトセンサであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、前記第1モード及び前記第2モード間の変更を行うかを決定する為の、協同で作動する2つのセンサを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記第1モード及び前記第2モード間の変更を行うかを決定するための、前記センサと協同して作動するタイマーを供給する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記第1モード及び前記第2モード間の変更を行うかを決定するための、前記センサと協同して作動するアプリケーションを供給する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
