Abstract
Description
建築の多数の領域において、地上水、地下水、層状水または浸出水に対する建築物のシーリングが必要である。この目的のために、例えば溶接可能な瀝青シート(US−A−2,015,102、US−A−2,160,342)、プラスチックシール(DE−A−19930701)、フォームテープ(DE−A−2819604、DE−B−1223407)または粘土シールシートが使用される。
−C1〜C12−アルカノール、有利にはC1〜C8−アルカノールを有する、有利には3〜6個のC−原子を有するα、β−モノエチレン系の不飽和モノカルボン酸またはジカルボン酸、例えばアクリル酸、メタクリル酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸およびイタコン酸からなるエステル。この種のエステルは、殊にメチルアクリラート、エチルアクリラート、n−ブチルアクリラート、イソブチルアクリラート、tert.−ブチルアクリラート、n−ペンチルアクリラート、イソ−ペンチルアクリラートおよび2−エチルヘキシルアクリラートおよび/または2−エチルヘキシルメタクリラートである;
−アクリロニトリル、メタクリロニトリル;
−アクリルアミドおよびアルキル置換されたアクリルアミド、例えばアクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、N,N−ジメチルアクリルアミド、N−メチロールメタクリルアミド、N−tert.−ブチルアクリルアミド、N−メチルメタクリルアミド、メチレンビスアクリルアミドならびにそれらの混合物;
−スルホン基を含有するモノマー、例えばアリルスルホン酸、メタリルスルホン酸、スチレンスルホン酸、ビニルスルホン酸、2−アクリルアミド−2−メチルプロパンスルホン酸、アリルオキシベンゼンスルホン酸、前記酸の相応するアルカリ塩またはアンモニウム塩、該塩の混合物ならびにスルホプロピルアクリラートおよび/またはスルホプロピルメタクリラート;
−C3〜C6−モノカルボン酸またはC3〜C6−ジカルボン酸、殊にアクリル酸、メタクリル酸またはマレイン酸のC1〜C4−ヒドロキシアルキルエステル、または2〜50モルのエチレンオキシド、プロピレンオキシド、ブチレンオキシドまたはそれらの混合物によりアルコキシル化された前記酸の誘導体または上述の酸を有する2〜50モルのエチレオキシド、プロピレンオキシド、ブチレンオキシドまたはそれらの混合物によりアルコキシル化されたC1〜18−アルコールのエステル、例えばヒドロキシエチルアクリラート、ヒドロキシエチルメタクリラート、ヒドロキシプロピルアクリラート、ヒドロキシプロピルメタクリラート、ブタンジオール−1,4−モノアクリラート、エチルジグリコールアクリラート、メチルポリエチレングリコールアクリラートまたは3,5,7,10または30モルのエチレンオキシドと反応させたC13/C15−オキソアルコールの(メタ)アクリル酸エステルならびにそれらの混合物;
−アルキルアミノアルキル(メタ)アクリラート、例えば2−(N,N−ジメチルアミノ)−エチル(メタ)アクリラートまたは3−(N,N−ジメチルアミノ)−プロピル(メタ)アクリラート、アルキルアミノアルキル(メタ)アクリルアミド、例えば2−(N,N−ジメチルアミノ)−エチル(メタ)アクリルアミドまたは3−(N,N−ジメチルアミノ)−プロピル(メタ)アクリルアミド、前記アミドの第4級生成物、例えば2−(N,N,N−トリメチルアンモニウム)−エチルメタクリラート−クロリドまたは3−(N,N,N−トリメチルアンモニウム)−プロピル(メタ)アクリルアミド−クロリド、ならびにそれらの混合物;
−1,3−ジケト基を含有するモノマー、例えばアセトアセトキシエチル(メタ)アクリラートまたはジアセトンアクリルアミド、尿素基を含有するモノマー、例えばウレイドエチル(メタ)アクリラート、アクリルアミドグリコール酸、メタクリルアミドグリコラートメチルエーテル;
−シリル基を含有するモノマー、例えばトリメトキシシリルプロピルメタクリラート
を含有してよい。
実施例1
攪拌容器中で、脱塩水104.5gを(99.8%の)アクリル酸562.5gならびに25%の水酸化ナトリウム水溶液1246.0g、1%の水性のメチレンビスアクリルアミド5.63g、40%の水性のTrilon(R)1.25gおよび1%の水性のロンガリット(R)C3.38gと混合する(水相)。第2の閉じた攪拌容器(最高水位2リットル、馬蹄形攪拌器を用いる)中に、(100%の)Shellsol(R)D70を500gおよび(100%の)Emulan(R)GOE70gを装入し(有機相)かつそこで水相を量定する。

280g/m2の平面質量を有するポリエステル−ニードルフェルトを、実施例1において製造されたエマルションにより含浸した。含浸はパッダ中で実施した。パッダはエマルションで充填された槽および側面のリミッタを有する2つのストリッピングから成っていた。不織布は、毎分1メートルの速さでパッダへ通した。エマルションにより負荷された不織布を170℃で5分間乾燥させた。吸収性複合材料は410g/m2の平面質量を有し、質量増加(固体施与量)(Festauftrag)が46%だった。
実施例2と同様に実施した。使用したのは80g/m2の単位面積当たり質量を有するポリエステル−充填不織布である。

- 固体の担体材料に、少なくとも1種の高分子材料と少なくとも1種の架橋剤とを含有する混合物を接触させ、かつ担体材料上の混合物を硬化させることによる吸収性複合材料の製造法において、混合物がエマルションであることを特徴とする吸収性複合材料の製造法。
- 担体材料が繊維および/またはテープであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 担体材料が不織布および/または織物であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 繊維がフィラメントおよび/またはステープルファイバーであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 繊維が合成繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- エマルションが有機溶剤として鉱油を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
