Abstract

本発明は、機能化ナノ粒子、特に金属積載ナノクレーである複合材を含む軟質表面コーティング剤および吸収用品に関する。
銀金属は、何百年も前から、様々な菌種を殺傷できる物質として知られてきた。当該金属は、飲料水の浄化に、あるいは、現代の抗生物質が到来するまでの病人への投与に共通して使用された。ペニシリンおよびその派生物質の発見後でさえ、厄介な細菌が抗生物質に耐性を示すようになった場合に、コロイド銀溶液がしばしば使用された。
本発明は、軟質表面コーティング剤であって、
当該コーティング剤が、
1)a)表面を有する剥脱ナノ粒子、および
b)第3〜12群、アルミニウムおよびマグネシウムから選択される金属で、当該金属が当該ナノ粒子の表面に積載される金属
を含む複合材、
2)分散媒、
3)界面活性剤、および
4)1種類以上の補助成分
の1)〜4)を含む軟質表面コーティング剤に関するものである。
当該吸収用品が、

前記補助成分が、荷電機能化分子、フィルム成形剤、アルカリ源、抗酸化剤、静電気防止剤、キレート化剤、アミノカルボン酸塩キレート化剤、金属塩、光活性無機金属酸化物、防臭剤、香料、光活性化剤、ポリマー、防腐剤、加工助剤、色素およびpH調整剤、可溶化剤、ゼオライト、および、それらの混合物から成る群から選択される、

を含む複合材と、
2)分散媒と、
3)界面活性剤と、
4)1種類以上の補助成分と、
を含む軟質表面コーティング組成物を前記軟質表面に塗布する段階を含む、

前記軟質表面上の前記軟質表面コーティング組成物を乾燥する段階をさらに含む、
