Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 微細粒状化物の投入口および排出口を有する貯蔵容器と、
正確に調節した供給量で前記微細粒状化物を供給させる供給調節装置と、
前記微細粒状化物を懸濁溶解炉の最上部まで運搬するための気圧コンベヤとを含み、
前記懸濁溶解炉の反応シャフトの頂部に設けられた精鉱バーナーに前記微細粒状化物を継続的かつ恒常的に供給する設備において、
前記貯蔵容器の微細粒状化物の排出口は、前記反応シャフトよりも実質的に低い位置に設けられ、
前記供給調節装置は、前記貯蔵容器の排出口からの微細粒状化物を受け取って、前記気圧コンベヤに微細粒状化物を供給させるためのものであり、
また、前記気圧コンベヤは、前記精鉱バーナーに前記供給調節装置に提供された供給量と同量の供給を行うためのものであることを特徴とする設備。 - 請求項1に記載の設備において、前記微細粒状化物は金属精鉱を含むことを特徴とする設備。
- 請求項1に記載の設備において、前記微細粒状化物は金属精鉱およびフラックスを含むことを特徴とする設備。
- 請求項1に記載の設備において、前記微細粒状化物は金属精鉱、フラックス、および煙塵を含むことを特徴とする設備。
- 請求項1に記載の設備において、該設備は金属精鉱とフラックスとの乾燥混合物用の第1貯蔵容器、煙塵用の第2貯蔵容器、金属精鉱とフラックスの混合物用の第1供給量調節器、および煙塵用の第2供給量調節器を備えることを特徴とする設備。
- 請求項1から5に記載の設備において、前記気圧コンベヤは希薄相の気圧コンベヤであることを特徴とする設備。
- 請求項1から5に記載の設備において、前記気圧コンベヤは濃厚相の気圧コンベヤであることを特徴とする設備。
- 請求項1から5に記載の設備において、前記気圧コンベヤはエアリフト型気圧コンベヤであり、該エアリフトは、減圧供給装置およびエアスライドコンベヤを介して前記懸濁溶解炉のバーナーへ粒状物を供給するための膨張容器を備えることを特徴とする設備。
- 請求項1から5に記載の設備において、前記供給調節装置は減量調節器であり、また前記気圧コンベヤは希薄相の気圧コンベヤであることを特徴とする設備。
- 請求項1から5に記載の設備において、前記供給調節装置は減量調節器であり、また前記気圧コンベヤはエアリフト型気圧コンベヤであることを特徴とする設備。
- 請求項1から5に記載の設備において、前記精鉱バーナーはスリーブ型バーナーまたは拡散型バーナーであることを特徴とする設備。
- 懸濁溶解炉の反応シャフトの頂部に設けられた精鉱バーナーに、金属精鉱を含有する微細粒状化物の連続的かつ調節された供給をさせる方法において、該方法は、
前記バーナーより低い位置に排出口を有する貯蔵容器に微細粒状化物を供給する工程と、
前記懸濁溶解炉に少なくとも1時間の供給に相当する量の微細粒状化物の貯蔵を前記貯蔵容器に形成して維持する工程と、
気圧調節器に微細粒状化物の連続的かつ調節された供給を行う供給量調節装置に微細粒状化物を供給させる工程と、
該物を前記気圧コンベヤで前記懸濁溶解炉のバーナーに運搬する工程とを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項12に記載の方法において、前記供給量調節器は減量型調節器の原理に応じて作動することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法において、該方法は、さらに、前記気圧コンベヤに煙塵を供給する工程を含むことを特徴とする方法。
