Abstract
Description
「青色ブロッカー」 本明細書で使用する場合、「青色ブロッカー」(青色ブロック手段)は、400〜550nmの波長範囲の電磁スペクトルの光の透過を吸収、反射又は他の形態で干渉する手段を意味する。「青色ブロッカー」の非限定的な例には、染料、表面被覆及び表面処理が含まれる。

Claims (38)
- 可視光選択的透過領域を含む眼内レンズ(IOL)であって、該可視光選択的透過領域はIOL全体より小さい眼内レンズ。
- 該可視光選択的透過領域は、光吸収性染料、表面被覆および回折パターンからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 該可視光選択的透過領域は、400λ〜550λの波長の間の可視光を選択的に透過する、請求項2に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 該可視光選択的透過領域は、少なくとも1種の光吸収性染料を含んでなる、請求項3に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 該光吸収性染料は、アゾ染料またはメチン染料である、請求項4に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 該メチン染料は、式1で示されるYellow 035-MA 1である請求項5に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 更に、紫外線吸収性化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 該紫外線吸収性化合物は、ベンゾフェノン又はベンゾトリアゾールである、請求項7に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 更に、アクリレート、シリコーン、ヒドロゲル及びアクリルシリコーンハイブリッドからなる群から選択される構造ポリマーを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 該可視光選択的透過領域は、アクリレート、シリコーン、ヒドロゲル及びアクリルシリコーンハイブリッドからなる群から選択される構造ポリマー、並びにアゾ染料及びメチン染料からなる群から選択される光吸収性染料0.01〜5質量%を含んでなる、請求項2に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 該光吸収性染料は、該構造ポリマーに共有結合されている、請求項10に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 該光吸収性染料は、該構造ポリマー中に分散されている、請求項10に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 構造ポリマー及びその中に配置された可視光選択的透過領域を有してなる眼内レンズ(IOL)であって、該可視光選択的透過領域は、光吸収性染料を含み、該可視光選択的透過領域はIOL全体より小さい眼内レンズ。
- 該染料は、眼内レンズの中心部近傍で独立領域を形成し、該独立領域は中心部及び境界部を有する、請求項13に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 該可視光選択的透過領域は、該独立領域内で光吸収性染料の傾斜を含み、該傾斜は、該独立領域の中心部で光吸収性染料の最高濃度及び該独立領域の境界部で該染料の最低濃度を有する、請求項14に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 更に、紫外線吸収性化合物を含む、請求項13に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 該紫外線吸収性化合物は、ベンゾフェノン又はベンゾトリアゾールである、請求項16に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 眼内レンズの周縁を規定する外周部、前表面、後表面、及び該前表面と後表面と外周部とにより規定された可視光吸収領域を有してなる、眼内レンズ(IOL)。
- 該可視光吸収領域は染料を含み、該染料は該眼内レンズ周縁に達していない、請求項18に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 該染料は、該眼内レンズの該前表面又は該後表面に達していない、請求項18に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 該染料は、移植者の眼の解剖学的構造又は生理液に接触しない、請求項19に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 該染料は、移植者の眼の解剖学的構造又は生理液に接触しない、請求項19に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 更に、紫外線吸収性化合物を含む、請求項18に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 該紫外線吸収性化合物は、ベンゾフェノン又はベンゾトリアゾールである、請求項23に記載の眼内レンズ。
- a)くぼみを有するポリマー構造体を形成し、
b)該くぼみに可視光吸収性染料を充填し、
c)該ポリマー構造体及び該可視光吸収性染料を含む該くぼみをポリマーで被覆して、染料含有ポリマー構造体を形成し、
d)該染料含有ポリマー構造体を加工して眼内レンズを形成する
ことを含んでなる、眼内レンズ(IOL)の製造方法。 - 該ポリマー構造体は円盤状である、請求項25に記載の製造方法。
- 該ポリマーは、アクリレート、シリコーン、ヒドロゲル及びアクリルシリコーンハイブリッドからなる群から選択される、請求項25に記載の製造方法。
- 該可視光吸収性染料はアゾ染料である、請求項25に記載の製造方法。
- a)トップ表面を有するポリマー構造体を第1ポリマーから形成し、
b)該ポリマー構造体のトップ表面にくぼみを形成し、
c)該くぼみに可視光吸収性染料を充填し、
d)該ポリマー構造体のトップ表面及び該可視光吸収性染料を含むくぼみを該第1ポリマーで被覆して、染料含有ポリマー構造体を形成し、
e)該染料含有ポリマー構造体を眼内レンズに成形する
ことを含んでなる、眼内レンズの製造方法。 - ジオプター値に関係なく一定の光吸収性染料濃度を有する眼内レンズ(IOL)。
- 可視光選択的透過領域を含む眼内レンズ(IOL)であって、該可視光選択的透過領域はIOL全体より小さく、該可視光選択的透過領域は回折パターンからなる眼内レンズ。
- 可視光選択的透過領域を含む眼内レンズ(IOL)であって、該可視光選択的透過領域はIOL全体より小さく、該可視光選択的透過領域は表面被覆からなる眼内レンズ。
- 可視光選択的透過領域を含む多焦点眼内レンズであって、該可視光選択的透過領域はIOL全体より小さく、該可視光選択的透過領域は異なる視力を矯正するための異なるゾーンを含む眼内レンズ。
- 該可視光選択的透過領域は、可視光選択的透過領域の構造ポリマー中に分散された光吸収性染料を含む、請求項34に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 該可視光選択的透過領域は、回折パターンを含む、請求項34に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 該可視光選択的透過領域は、表面被覆を含む、請求項34に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 該可視光吸収性染料は、400λ〜550λの波長の間の可視光を吸収する、請求項35に記載の眼内レンズ。
