Abstract
Derivati dell'allopurinolo di formula generale (I) e i loro sali con cationi farmacologicamente accettabili in cui n è un numero intero compreso fra 2 e 6 preferibilmente 5, Y è H oppure CO-A, in cui A è il residuo di un amminoacido, di un dipeptide, tripeptide, tetrapeptide, nelle forme racema e chirale, scelto rispettivamente nei gruppi consistenti di:a) arginina, acido aspartico, lisina, leucina b) glicil-aspartato, glicil-glicina, aspartil-arginina, leucil-arginina-alanil-glicina c) arginil-lisil-aspartato, aspartil-lisil-arginina, lisil-prolil-arginina, prolil-prolil-arginina, lisil-istidil-glicinammide, prolil-fenilalanil-arginina, fenilalanil-prolil-arginina d) arginil-lisil-aspartil-valina, valil-aspartil-lisil-arginina, treonil-valil-leucil-istidina e) arginil-lisil-aspartil-valil-tirosina sono dotati di attività immunostimolante e possono venir formulati in composizioni farmaceutiche somministrabili per via orale o parenterale.
