Abstract
Description
ウインドスクリーンワイパーブレードにおいて、ウインドスクリーンワイパーブレードが自動車のウインドスクリーンの輪郭に出来る限り良好に適合することができ、種々の温度でも柔軟性を維持することが重要である。従って、ワイパーブレードは通常エラストマー成形体から製造されており、その際、主にゴム材料、例えば天然ゴム又は合成ゴム種、例えばクロロプレンゴム又はEPDMが使用される。更に、シリコーンゴム又はポリウレタンゴムから成るワイパーブレードも公知である。
請求項1の特徴を有する本発明によるゴム材料は、先行技術に対して、良好に再現可能であり、従って廉価に製造することができる、有利な特性プロフィールを有するワイパーブレードないし自動車タイヤの製造に適当なゴム材料が得られるという利点を有する。
次に、図面を参照しながら実施例に基づき本発明について詳しく説明する。図1は、外側にあるスプリングストリップ(Federschiene)を有する本発明によるワイパーブレードの断面図を示す。
図1に、本発明の第一の実施例によるワイパーブレード10を示す。ワイパーブレードは実質的にストリップ状の態様を有する。ワイパーブレードは幅の広げられたヘッド部1を含み、このヘッド部1は折り曲げウェブ2を介してウェッジ3に結合している。ヘッド部1は図示されていない外側にあるスプリングストリップを収容するための凹部8を有する。ウェッジ3は、その、ヘッド部1と向かい合いかつ清浄化すべきガラス面に向いている側で、ワイパーリップ4に向かってテーパされている。
Claims (9)
- 特にウインドスクリーンワイパーのワイパーブレード用の、又は自動車タイヤ用のゴム材料において、イソプレンと少なくとも1種の他の重合性モノマーとをベースとするコポリマーが含まれていることを特徴とするゴム材料。
- イソプレンとブタジエンとから成るコポリマーが含まれている、請求項1記載のゴム材料。
- 更に充填剤が含まれており、かつ該充填剤がファーネスブラックとサーマルブラックとから成る混合物を含む、請求項1又は2記載のゴム材料。
- ゴム材料がエラストマー100質量部に対して充填剤20〜150質量部を含有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のゴム材料。
- 可塑剤及び/又は鉱油が含まれている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のゴム材料。
- ゴム材料が付加的に天然ゴム及び/又はポリブタジエンを含有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のゴム材料。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のゴム材料を特徴とする、ウインドスクリーンワイパー用のワイパーブレード。
- ワイパーブレードのウェブ(2)、ウェッジ(3)及び/又はワイパーリップ(4)がイソプレンとブタジエンとから成るコポリマーを含む、請求項7記載のワイパーブレード。
- ヘッド部(1)及び/又はウェブ(2)がEPDM及び/又はCRを含有する、請求項6又は7記載のワイパーブレード。
