Claims (20)
- 第1のガラス層と、第2のガラス層と、結合用中間層とを有する積層パネルの製造方法であって、
前記積層パネルは、該積層パネルを貫通して延びる少なくとも1個の孔を有し、
前記孔を取り囲みかつ前記両ガラス層の内面とともにシールを形成するように前記ガラス層間にシール部材を配置し、それによって前記中間層を前記孔周りの領域から排除することを特徴とする積層パネルの製造方法。 - 前記シール部材が、圧縮性材料からなるディスクを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シール部材が、積層プロセスの完了後に前記積層パネルから取り除かれることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記シール部材が圧縮性材料からなるリングを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 積層プロセス後に前記中間層が排除された前記孔周りの領域に、荷重担持インサートを位置決めすることを特徴とする前記の請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記荷重担持インサートは、流体を前記孔周りの領域に注入し、かつ前記流体が前記荷重担持インサートを形成するように固まるのを可能にすることによって位置決めされることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記流体が導入されると同時に、前記孔周りの領域から空気を回収することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記シール部材は、荷重担持材料から形成された環状体の周縁部の周りに延び、かつ積層工程の前に位置決めされる圧縮性材料からなるリングを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シール部材の厚みは、積層前は、前記環状体の厚みよりも厚いことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 圧縮性材料からなる前記リングは、その厚さが、積層プロセスの間中、前記ディスクの厚みと実質的に同じであるように圧縮されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 第1のガラス層と、第2のガラスプライと、結合用中間層とを有する積層パネルであって、前記積層パネルを貫通する少なくとも1個の孔を有し、前記中間層は、前記孔周りの領域から排除されることを特徴とする積層パネル。
- 前記積層パネルは、前記孔を取り囲むように位置決めされたシール部材をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の積層パネル。
- 前記シール部材は、前記孔を取り囲むように位置決めされた圧縮性材料のリングによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の積層パネル。
- 前記中間層が排除されたところの前記領域に荷重担持インサートを位置決め配置することを特徴とする請求項12または13に記載の積層パネル。
- 前記インサートは、積層パネルの製造前に位置決めされた荷重担持ディスクを有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の積層パネル。
- 前記インサートは荷重担持環状体を有し、該荷重担持環状体は、前記積層プロセスが完了した後に、中間層を排除したところの前記領域に流体を導入し、該流体の固化により形成される環状体ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の積層パネル。
- 請求項12〜16のいずれか1項に記載の積層板を少なくとも1枚有するガラスアセンブリ。
- 前記アセンブリは、同一平面内にある少なくとも2枚の積層パネルを有し、これらの積層パネルは、各パネルの孔を貫通する固定アセンブリにより互いに接合されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記固定アセンブリは、孔を貫通し、かつ前記2枚の積層パネルを結合するプレートに作用するボルトを有することを特徴とする請求項18に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記アセンブリは、ガラスファサードもしくはガラスルーフまたはそれらの一部に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項17〜19のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
