Description
第1及び第2の外板と、
第1及び第2の外板の間に配置されキャビティを形成する複数の外周部材と、
外周部材と第1及び第2の外板との間に配置される封止帯片又はガスケットと、
キャビティ内でプラスチック又はポリマー材料から形成され外板間にせん断力を伝達するのに十分な強度で外板に連結されるコアとを備えるサンドイッチ板部材構造を提供するものである。
第1及び第2の外板と外周部材とで密閉キャビティを形成し、封止帯片又はガスケットが外板と外周部材との間に設けられる工程と、
キャビティ内にプラスチック又はポリマー材料を液体の形態で注入する工程とを含み、
プラスチック又はポリマー材料が、外板間にせん断力を伝達するのに十分な強度で外板に連結するように凝固又は硬化するようになされた方法を提供するものである。
Claims (4)
- 第1及び第2の外板と、
前記第1及び第2の外板の間に配置されキャビティを形成する複数の外周部材と、
前記外周部材と前記第1及び第2の外板との間に配置される封止帯片又はガスケットと、
前記キャビティ内でプラスチック又はポリマー材料から形成され前記外板間にせん断力を伝達するように前記外板に連結されるコアと、
を備え、
前記封止帯片又はガスケットは、3〜10mmの幅×1〜5mmの厚さの範囲の非圧縮寸法である、
サンドイッチ板部材構造。 - 第1及び第2の外板と、
前記第1及び第2の外板の間に配置されキャビティを形成する複数の外周部材と、
前記外周部材と前記第1及び第2の外板との間に配置される封止帯片又はガスケットと、
前記キャビティ内でプラスチック又はポリマー材料から形成され前記外板間にせん断力を伝達するように前記外板に連結されるコアと、
を備え、
前記封止帯片又はガスケットは、一方の側に接着剤を有する、
サンドイッチ板部材構造。 - 外周フレームに、充填された通気穴と充填された注入口とを備える、
請求項1又は2に記載のサンドイッチ板部材構造。 - 前記キャビティに予め形成された少なくとも1つのスペーサを備える、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のサンドイッチ板部材構造。
