Description
図1、図2A及び図2Bには、本発明に係る実施形態1のサンドイッチパネル1が示されている。サンドイッチパネル1は、建物の外側に設置される外装ルーバー、建物内に設置される内装ルーバー、間仕切り壁などの非耐力壁として好適に用いられる。
続いて、本実施形態のサンドイッチパネル1、及びその取付構造の変更例について説明する。
以上説明した実施形態1のサンドイッチパネル1のように、本発明に係る第一の態様のサンドイッチパネル1は、以下の第一の構成を備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 金属製の第一板材と、
前記第一板材に対向して位置する金属製の第二板材と、
前記第一板材と前記第二板材の間に位置する金属製の矩形枠状のスペーサーユニットと、
前記第一板材と前記第二板材の間のうち前記スペーサーユニットで囲まれる領域に位置する芯材と、を備え、
前記スペーサーユニットは、互いに接合されていない複数のスペーサーで構成され、
前記芯材の前記第一板材側を向く面に、前記第一板材が接着され、前記芯材の前記第二板材側を向く面に、前記第二板材が接着され、
前記複数のスペーサーのそれぞれの前記第一板材側を向く面に、前記第一板材が接着され、前記複数のスペーサーのそれぞれの前記第二板材側を向く面に、前記第二板材が接着されており、
前記複数のスペーサーは、前記矩形枠状の前記スペーサーユニットの一対の長辺部分を構成する一対の直管状の長辺側スペーサーを含み、
前記一対の長辺側スペーサーのそれぞれの長手方向の端部には、建物への取り付けに用いられる取付部材が差し込まれるように、開口が設けられていることを特徴とするサンドイッチパネル。 - 前記第一板材と前記第二板材のそれぞれは、その側端部に長手方向に亘って、前記長辺側スペーサーに向けて突出する側面部を有し、
前記一対の長辺側スペーサーのそれぞれは、前記側面部が収まる溝部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサンドイッチパネル。
