Description
より軽量、且つより高速度の移動とエネルギーの消費節約を可能にし、更には耐久力に優れた構造のデザイン及び製造が要求される造船及び船舶エンジニアリングにあって、新しい資材の提供の必要が生じている。現況の幾つかの例として、高速フェリー、高速コンテナー船、二重船体のオイルタンカーなどが挙げられる。
造船のためのメタルファイバーハイブリッド積層材は、鋼板とグラスファイバーで補強された重合体マトリクスで形成された複合材の積層加工によって構成される。容量、厚み、そしてそれぞれの鋼板及び積層板の設定位置は、船舶の各部分毎に適切な耐久力と硬度に合わせて計算される。積層板の組成は、船舶各部の構造の必要に応じた資材のデザインに適合させるべく、多彩であり得る。しかしながら、資材のデザインにおいては一連の前提条件を固守する必要がある。
本発明は造船及び船舶エンジニアリングの分野に利用することが出来る。特に船舶造船の構造構築技術への適用に向いている。
課題に対して、本発明の記述内容をより明確にさせるべく、造船のためのメタルファイバーハイブリッド積層板の組み立て及びその製造工程に合理的な典型例の図を幾つか添付する。
Claims (10)
- 鋼板と複合材層が、弾性タイプの接着剤を介して交互に積層された積層材であって、
鋼板が、積層材の最上層、少なくとも一の中間層及び最下層に位置し、
該複合材層は、グラスファイバーによって補強された、ポリエステルまたはビニルエステル樹脂マトリクスからなり、
最上層の鋼板と中間層の鋼板は、各々の下に位置する複合材層と、長さ方向及び幅方向にずらされており、階段状の輪郭を形成している、
船舶及び航海用品用メタルファイバーハイブリッド積層材。 - 複合材層中のグラスファイバーによる補強が、織り目状もしくは単一方向またはこれら双方混合の形で使用されることによって特徴付けられる請求項1に記載のメタルファイバーハイブリッド積層材。
- 接着剤が二成分ポリウレタンであることで特徴付けられる請求項1又は2に記載のメタルファイバーハイブリッド積層材。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のメタルファイバーハイブリッド積層材の複数個を、各々の階段状の輪郭部で、互いに組合わせてなる、メタルファイバーハイブリッド積層材。
- 鋼板が積層材の最上層、少なくとも一の中間層、及び最下層に位置し、複合材が弾性タイプの接着剤を介して鋼板と交互に積層された積層材の製造プロセスであって、該複合材は、グラスファイバーによって補強された、ポリエステルまたはビニルエステル樹脂マトリクスからなり、
次のステップ:
a)最上層を構成する鋼板の下側表面に下塗り剤層を施すステップ;
b)該下塗り剤層の表面に弾性タイプの接着剤層を施し、次いで複合材層と、中間層を形成する鋼板と、該中間層の下の複合材層を、輪郭を階段の形に形成していくために、各層を移動しながら、積層するステップ、
c)下塗り剤及び接着剤が上側表面に施された、最下層を構成する鋼板を積層し、圧力を加えながら積層材を硬化させるステップ;
d)階段状の周囲に弾性タイプの接着剤を施し、上記ステップa)〜c)の方法で製造された少なくとも一の他の積層材と、各々の階段形状の輪郭部で、互いに組み合わせて結合するステップ;及び
e)最上層及び最下層の鋼板の外部接合部分をシールするステップ;
を含むプロセス。 - 鋼板を切断して、該鋼版を複合材の積層が実施される型として使用するために、曲面あるいは平面を与える成形を行うステップをさらに含む、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- ステップb)において、各鋼板が該鋼板の下に位置する複合材層に対して長さ及び幅方向に2〜20cmずらされる、請求項5または6に記載のプロセス。
- ステップd)において、接着剤が一成分ポリウレタン又は二成分ポリウレタンである、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- ステップe)において、結合された積層材の外部結合の縦横のライン方向のシールが、重合体シーラントあるいは溶接コードを適用することによって行なわれる、請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項5〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法で得られる積層材を、船舶及び航海用道具の構築のために利用する方法。
