Description
第1の内表面および第1の外表面を有する第1の金属層と、

前記第1と第2の内表面間にあって前記形状材に占有されていないスペースに配置され、かつ前記第1および第2の内表面に付着されたエラストマーからなる中間層と、
を含む構造的積層部材を提供する。
第1および第2の層を間隔を置いた関係で供給するステップであって、2つのプレートの間に規定されるコアキャビティ内には前記コアキャビティを部分的に充填する形状材が両金属層に部分的に接触して位置されている、第1および第2の層を供給するステップと、
硬化していないエラストマーを前記コアキャビティに注型するステップと、
前記金属層に付着するように前記エラストマーを硬化するステップと、
を含む構造的積層部材を作製する方法を提供する。
Claims (35)
- 第1の内表面および第1の外表面を有する第1の金属層と、
第2の内表面および第2の外表面を有し、前記第1の金属層から離間した第2の金属層と、
前記第1および第2の内表面の間に配置された形状材と、
前記第1および第2の内表面の間にあって前記形状材に占有されていないスペースに配置され、かつ前記第1および第2の内表面に付着されたエラストマーからなる中間層とを含んでおり、
前記形状材がフォームで作られている、構造的積層部材。
- 第1および第2の金属層が、中間の金属プレートを一体に溶接することなしに中間のエラストマー層によって一体に結合される、請求項1に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 前記形状材が複数の小区分材から構成される、請求項1または2に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 前記小区分材が細長い、請求項3に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 前記複数の小区分材が相互接続材によって相互接続される、請求項3または4に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 前記小区分材が、前記第1または第2の内表面と接触するように前記小区分材の表面から突出する整列ディンプルを含む、請求項3、4または5に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 前記小区分材が中空である、請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 形状材の小区分材のすべてが同じ形状というのではない、請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 形状材の小区分材のすべてが一様に離間しているというのではない、請求項3から8に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 前記小区分材の断面積が前記相互接続材の断面積よりも大きい、請求項4から9のいずれか一項に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 複数の形状材が、前記中間層が間隔を置いた複数の細長いリブを形成するように前記部材の実質的に全長に延びる、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 前記第1および第2の層に対して概して直角であってかつそれらの間に延び、前記中間層に結合される少なくとも1つのシヤープレートをさらに含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 前記少なくとも1つのシヤープレートが貫通孔を有する、請求項12に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 前記フォームがポリウレタン(PU)フォームである、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 前記形状材がポリプロピレンから構成される、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 前記形状材が前記第1および第2の金属の層のうちの少なくとも1つと部分的に接触している、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 第1の内表面から第2の内表面に向けて前記形状材を避けて通る連続経路が存在する、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 前記第1の内表面から前記第2の内表面に向けて前記形状材を避けて通る直線経路が存在し、前記直線経路が前記第1および第2の金属層に対して実質的に直角である、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 前記第1および第2の内表面の間に、しかし溶接はされずに追加の荷重支持金属部材が配置される、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 前記エラストマーが前記追加の部材に付着される、請求項19に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 前記エラストマーが約250MPa以上の弾性係数Eおよび金属層よりも大きい延性を有する、請求項1から20のいずれか一項に記載の構造的積層部材。

- 前記エラストマーが少なくとも1MPaの前記金属層への結合強度を有する、請求項1から23のいずれか一項に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 前記エラストマーが緻密である、請求項1から24のいずれか一項に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 前記第1および第2の金属層が約20から約250mmの間隔を置かれる、請求項1から25のいずれか一項に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 前記第1および第2の金属層の各々が約2.0から約25mmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項1から26のいずれか一項に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 中間層の厚さに対する第1および第2の金属層の合計厚さの比率が0.1から2.5の範囲にある、請求項1から27のいずれか一項に記載の構造的積層部材。
- 請求項1から28のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの構造的積層部材を含む、海洋構造物または土木構造物または船。
- 第1および第2の層を間隔を置いた関係で供給するステップであって、2つのプレート間に規定されるコアキャビティ内には前記コアキャビティを部分的に充填する形状材が両金属層に部分的に接触して配置されている、第1および第2の層を供給するステップと、
前記コアキャビティに硬化していないエラストマーを注型するステップと、
前記金属層に付着するように前記エラストマーを硬化するステップとを含んでおり、
前記形状材がフォームで作られている、構造的積層部材の作製方法。
- 前記第1および第2の内表面の間に、しかし接触はせずに追加の荷重支持金属部材が配置される、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記フォームがポリウレタン(PU)フォームである、請求項30または31に記載の方法。
- 追加の荷重支持金属部材が前記形状材と一体に注型される、請求項30、31または32に記載の方法。
- 追加の荷重支持金属部材が前記エラストマーと一体に注型される、請求項30、31、32または33に記載の方法。
