Description
Claims (6)
- 情報担体の第1情報層を第1モードでそして前記情報担体の第2情報層を第2モードで走査するための光走査装置であって:
放射線ビームを発生させるための放射線源;
情報層に入射ビームをフォーカシングするための対物レンズ系;並びに
前記放射線ビームを前記第1モードで発散入射ビームに及び前記第2モードで収束入射ビームに変換するための、前記放射線源と前記対物レンズ系との間に備えられた光学要素;
を有することを特徴とする光走査装置。 - 請求項1に記載の光走査装置であって、前記対物レンズ系は、前記第1情報層と前記第2情報層とから実質的に等距離の平面において球面収差を伴わずに平行入射ビームをフォーカシングするように設計されている、ことを特徴とする光走査装置。
- 請求項1に記載の光走査装置であって、前記光学要素はコリメータである、ことを特徴とする光走査装置。
- 請求項1に記載の光走査装置であって、前記光学要素はビームエキスパンダを有する、ことを特徴とする光走査装置。
- 請求項1に記載の光走査装置であって、前記光走査装置は、前記第1情報層と前記第2情報層との間に位置付けられた前記情報層の第3情報層を第3モードで走査するように更に適合され、前記光走査装置は前記第3モードで前記放射ビームを平行入射ビームに変換するように適合されている、ことを特徴とする光走査装置。
- 請求項1に記載の光走査装置であって、球面収差の測定を与えるための手段と前記測定に応じて前記光学要素を制御するための手段とを更に有する、ことを特徴とする光走査装置。
