Abstract
【解決手段】植物系油脂及び/又はネオペンチル型ポリオールエステルを主体成分とし、これに硫黄系極圧剤と、有機亜鉛化合物と、カルシウム系添加剤とを配合して成り、潤滑油全量基準で、硫黄含有量を5.0重量%以上50重量%以下、亜鉛含有量を0.2重量%以上10重量%以下、カルシウム含有量を0.01重量%以上10重量%以下とする。

Description
本実施形態における潤滑油の主体成分は、植物系油脂やネオペンチル型ポリオールエステルの中から選ばれる1種のみを単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を混合して用いてもよい。これらは、いわゆる潤滑油の基油となるものである。2種以上を混合する場合は、植物系油脂同士又はネオペンチル型ポリオールエステル同士を混合しても良く、植物系油脂とネオペンチル型ポリオールエステルとを混合してもよい。これらについては、一般に金属材料加工油の基油として用いられているものであれば特に制限はない。また、植物系油脂及び/又はネオペンチル型ポリオールエステルは、40℃における動粘度が1mm2/s以上1000mm2/s以下の範囲にあることが好ましく、5mm2/s以上100mm2/s以下の範囲にあることがより好ましい。
硫黄系極圧剤としては、硫黄原子を有し、極圧効果を発揮しうるものを使用することができる。硫黄系極圧剤の具体例としては、例えば、硫化油脂、硫化脂肪酸、硫化エステル、硫化オレフィン、ポリサルファイド類、チオカーバメート類、硫化鉱油などを挙げることができ、これらのうち1種用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
有機亜鉛化合物の好ましいものとしては、ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛(以下、ZnDTPという。)、及び、ジアルキルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(以下、ZnDTCという。)を挙げることができる。ZnDTP、及び、ZnDTCのアルキル基は、それぞれ同一でも異なっていてもよい。すなわち、ZnDTP及びの構造式では、リン原子に対して酸素原子を介して2つのアルキル基が結合しているが、これらのアルキル基は、それぞれ同一でも異なっていてもよい。また、ZnDTCの構造式では、窒素原子に対して2つのアルキル基が結合しているが、これらのアルキル基は、それぞれ同一でも異なっていてもよい。ZnDTP及びZnDTCのアルキル基は、炭素数3以上のアルキル基又はアリール基が好ましい。これら(b)成分は、1種用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
カルシウム系添加剤の好ましいものとして、カルシウムスルフォネート、カルシウムサリシレート、カルシウムフェネートが挙げられる。特に動粘度、価格の点より、カルシウムスルフォネートが好ましい。より好ましくは、塩基性カルシウムスルフォネートである。更に好ましくは、塩基価が300mgKOH/g以上の塩基性カルシウムスルフォネートである。これら(c)成分は、1種用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
以下、本発明に係る金属材料加工用潤滑油の具体的な実施例について説明する。なお、本発明は、以下の実施例に限定されるものではない。

基油3:紅花油(サフラワー油)
基油4:トリメチロールプロパン(炭素数:12)
基油5:トリメチロールプロパン(炭素数:18)
基油6:ペンタエリスリトール(炭素数:12)
基油7:ペンタエリスリトール(炭素数:18)

A1:ポリサルファイド(硫黄含有量:32重量%)
A2:硫化油脂(硫黄含有量:15重量%)
(b)成分
B1:ZnDTP(亜鉛含有量:9重量% 硫黄含有量:16質量%)
(c)成分
C1:カルシウムスルフォネート(カルシウム含有量:15重量%)
(その他の成分)
D1:塩素化パラフィン(塩素含有量:50重量%)
(評価試験装置)
プレス機:AIDA リンクプレス VL−6000(生産速度:70spm)
材料送り:23.5mm
被加工材料:SPH440(板幅:70mm 板厚:4.6mm)
潤滑油の供給方法:樹脂ロールにて被加工材料表面に均一に供給
パンチ材質1:SKD11
パンチ材質2:SKD11+TiNコーティング
ダイス材質:SKD11
各実施例、試験例及び比較例を、以下の各表に示す組成にて調製し、被加工材料の表面に対して樹脂ロールにて均一に供給した後に、2種類のパンチにて、縦10mm×横12mm×深さ4.6mmの穴を2箇所に同時に打ち抜きした。そして、パンチによる打ち抜きに要したプレス荷重を測定するとともに、打ち抜き後のパンチ表面の状態を目視にて観察して評価を行った。また、打ち抜き後の穴のせん断面の状態を目視にて観察して評価を行った。その際の評価基準は、以下の通りである。
パンチ表面状態
A:摩耗は全く認められず、非常に良好
B:摩耗は認められず良好
C:僅かな摩耗が認められるが、影響は小さい
D:摩耗が認められ、使用に適さない
せん断面状態
A:バリ等は全く発生しておらず非常に良好
B:バリ等は発生しておらず良好
C:僅かな寸法崩れが認められるが、影響は小さい
D:バリ等が発生しており不良
Claims (6)
- 植物系油脂及び/又はネオペンチル型ポリオールエステルを主体成分とし、非塩素系である金属材料加工用の潤滑油。
- 前記潤滑油に、硫黄系極圧剤と、有機亜鉛化合物と、カルシウム系添加剤とを配合している請求項1記載の金属材料加工用の潤滑油。
- 潤滑油全量基準で、硫黄含有量が5.0重量%以上50重量%以下であり、亜鉛含有量が0.2重量%以上10重量%以下であり、カルシウム含有量が0.01重量%以上10重量%以下である請求項1または2に記載の金属材料加工用の潤滑油。
- せん断加工用の潤滑油である、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の金属材料加工用の潤滑油。
- 金属材料と工具との間に請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の金属材料加工用の潤滑油を供給する工程を有する、金属材料の加工方法。
- せん断加工に使用される請求項5記載の金属材料の加工方法。
