Abstract
【解決手段】木質系廃材の粉砕粉末を、非水溶系溶剤と水の混合液に接触させ、超臨界状態または亜臨界状態にて分解を行う。超臨界状態または亜臨界状態の水によって難分解性のリグニンやセルロース、ヘミセルロースは分解され、同時に超臨界状態または亜臨界状態の非水溶系溶剤中に難水溶性の分解成分が抽出される。処理後、常温常圧にもどした難水溶性の分解成分を含む非水溶系溶剤と分解成分を含む水は分液によって容易に分離でき、分解成分の抽出が分解と共に行うことが可能となる。

Description
種類や量によって決められるが、少なすぎると廃材の分解によって生じる分解物を溶解し難くなり、多すぎると分解処理および分液後の液の処理工程や時間が多くなるため、適度な量を選択する必要がある。
ペンタンの臨界温度は469.7K、臨界圧力33.7MPa、ヘキサンの臨界温度は507.5K、臨界圧力30.1MPa、トルエンの臨界温度は591.8K、臨界圧力は41.0MPaである。

Claims (4)
- 非水溶系溶剤と水を混合した液を用い、非水溶系溶剤と水の両方または一方が超臨界状態または亜臨界状態で、木質系廃材の粉砕粉末を処理することを特徴とする木質系廃材の分解処理方法。
- 粉砕粉末の平均粒径が1mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の木質系廃材の分解処理方法。
- 非水溶系溶剤が、ヘキサン等のアルキル化合物群、または、トルエンやキシレンといった芳香族を含むアルキル化合物群から選択される少なくとも1つの非水溶系溶剤であることを特徴とする請求項1から2のいずれかに記載の木質系廃材の分解処理方法。
- 2〜20個の範囲で炭素原子を持ち、常温で液状を保つ化合物を非水溶系溶剤として用いることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の木質系廃材の分解処理方法。
