Abstract
【解決手段】塗油チャンバ300内において線状物走行ライン400に対して少なくとも2個千鳥配置された油霧化用回転カップ100,200と、各油霧化用回転カップと線状物走行ラインとの間に配置された塗油量規制部材110,210と、各油霧化用回転カップに、余剰油剤粒子が収容される油剤タンク320からの油剤を供給する各油剤供給用ポンプのポンプ用モータ駆動回路に、目標塗油量を満たすように予め線状物の走行速度に応じて定められた油剤供給量を指令する油剤供給量指令出力を与える油剤供給量制御装置とを備えている。

Claims (3)
- 走行している線状物に霧化した油剤粒子を塗着させる回転霧化式塗油装置であって、内部を線状物が水平方向に走行する塗油チャンバと、前記塗油チャンバ内において前記線状物の線状物走行ラインに対して少なくとも2個千鳥配置され、回転による遠心力によって油剤を霧化して、霧化した油剤粒子を前記線状物に塗着させるための油霧化用回転カップと、前記塗油チャンバ内において前記各油霧化用回転カップと前記線状物走行ラインとの間にそれぞれ配置され、当該油霧化用回転カップから飛散する油剤粒子のうち、前記線状物へ向かう油剤粒子の量を規制する塗油量規制部材と、前記線状物に塗着されなかった余剰油剤粒子が収容される油剤タンクと、前記各油霧化用回転カップに対してそれぞれ設けられ、当該油霧化用回転カップに油剤供給用管路を通じて前記油剤タンクからの油剤を供給するための油剤供給用ポンプと、前記各油剤供給用ポンプのポンプ用モータ駆動回路に、それぞれ、目標塗油量を満たすように予め線状物の走行速度に応じて定められた油剤供給量を指令する油剤供給量指令出力を与える油剤供給量制御装置と、を備えたことを特徴とする線状物の回転霧化式塗油装置。
- 前記油剤供給量制御装置は、定常走行状態における線状物の走行速度に対する適正油剤供給量を線状物の走行開始から設定走行速度にわたって定めた定常走行時油剤供給量指令出力を備え、前記ポンプ用モータ駆動回路に、線状物の立上り加速走行時には、前記定常走行時油剤供給量指令出力に油剤供給量を所定量増加する補正を行い、前記油剤供給量指令出力として、この補正した定常走行時油剤供給量指令出力を与え、線状物が前記設定走行速度で走行する時には、前記油剤供給量指令出力として、前記設定走行速度での前記定常走行時油剤供給量指令出力を与え、線状物の立下り減速走行時には、前記定常走行時油剤供給量指令出力に油剤供給量を所定量減少する補正を行い、前記油剤供給量指令出力として、この補正した定常走行時油剤供給量指令出力を与えるものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の線状物の回転霧化式塗油装置。
- 前記定常走行時油剤供給量指令出力は、線状物の走行開始から設定走行速度にわたって定められた前記適正油剤供給量が線状物の走行速度と比例関係を有し、かつ、折れ線状に変化するという特性の出力であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の線状物の回転霧化式塗油装置。
