Abstract
【解決手段】光ファイバ端部を互いに突き合わせて融着する融着接続装置と、融着接続した光ファイバに補強スリーブを被せて補強する補強処理装置を備えた融着接続機であって、融着接続の状態をモニタする表示装置が、補強処理の進行状態を表示する表示機能を備えているようにする。補強処理の進行状態は、昇温、保温、冷却情報で表示、あるいは時間情報又は温度情報で表示する。また、独立して制御可能な補強処理装置を複数備える場合は、それぞれの補強処理装置の進行状態を表示する。

Description
また、独立して操作できる複数の補強処理装置を備える場合は、次に使用可能となる補強処理装置の特定や待ち時間等が明らかになるため、準備作業を効率よく行うことができ、全体としての無駄のない作業配分を設定することが可能となり、作業性を高めることができる。
さらに、補強処理の進行状態を図3のメイン画面の横に表示する表示例と、図4のメイン画面の上又は下に表示する表示例とを組み合わせ、表示内容の異なる表示を行うようにしてもよい。
Claims (5)
- 光ファイバ端部を互いに突き合わせて融着する融着接続装置と、融着接続した光ファイバに補強スリーブを被せて補強する補強処理装置を備えた融着接続機であって、
融着接続の状態をモニタする表示装置が、補強処理の進行状態を表示する表示機能を備えていることを特徴とする融着接続機。 - 前記補強処理の進行状態は、昇温、保温、冷却情報で表示することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の融着接続機。
- 前記補強処理の進行状態は、時間情報で表示することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の融着接続機。
- 前記補強処理の進行状態は、温度情報で表示することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の融着接続機。
- 独立して制御可能な補強処理装置を複数備え、それぞれの補強処理装置の進行状態を表示することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の融着接続機。
