Abstract
【解決手段】光ファイバ11の融着接続部を保護する光ファイバ補強部材12を加熱収縮する加熱処理であって、加熱部がU字状に湾曲された面状発熱体13で形成され、面状発熱体13の発熱部分13bにおけるU字状の側方発熱部分の発熱温度が中央発熱部分の発熱温度より低くなるようにしたものである。なお、面状発熱体の発熱部分13bにおけるU字状の側方発熱部分の電力密度が、中央発熱部分の電力密度の80%以下となるようにする。

Claims (4)
- 光ファイバの融着接続部を保護する光ファイバ補強部材を加熱収縮する加熱処理装置であって、加熱部がU字状に湾曲された面状発熱体で形成され、前記面状発熱体の発熱部分におけるU字状の側方発熱部分の発熱温度が中央発熱部分の発熱温度より低くなるように形成されていることを特徴とする光ファイバ補強部材の加熱処理装置。
- 前記面状発熱体の発熱部分におけるU字状の側方発熱部分の電力密度が、中央発熱部分の電力密度の80%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光ファイバ補強部材の加熱処理装置。
- 光ファイバの融着接続部を保護する光ファイバ補強部材を加熱収縮する加熱処理方法であって、前記光ファイバ補強部材は、U字状に湾曲され、且つ、発熱部分におけるU字状の側方発熱部分の発熱温度を中央発熱部分の発熱温度より低くした面状発熱体に収納載置されて加熱収縮されることを特徴とする光ファイバ補強部材の加熱処理方法。
- 請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の光ファイバ補強部材の加熱処理装置を搭載したことを特徴とする光ファイバ融着接続装置。
