Abstract
【解決手段】 転炉型精錬容器2に収容された溶銑15にCaOを主体とする脱燐用精錬剤17を添加し、酸素ガスを上吹きして添加した前記脱燐用精錬剤を滓化させてスラグ16となし、溶銑に対して脱燐処理を施す、溶銑の脱燐処理方法において、冷鉄源を、脱燐精錬時間の30%が経過した時点から90%が経過する時点までの任意の時期に前記精錬容器内に上置き添加する。

Claims (4)
- 転炉型精錬容器に収容された溶銑にCaOを主体とする脱燐用精錬剤を添加し、酸素ガスを上吹きして添加した前記脱燐用精錬剤を滓化させてスラグとなし、溶銑に対して脱燐処理を施す、溶銑の脱燐処理方法において、冷鉄源を、脱燐精錬時間の30%が経過した時点から90%が経過する時点までの任意の時期に前記精錬容器内に上置き添加することを特徴とする、溶銑の脱燐処理方法。
- 前記冷鉄源を、脱燐精錬時間の30%が経過した時点から90%が経過する時点まで連続して添加することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶銑の脱燐処理方法。
- 下記の(1)式により定義される脱燐処理前の初期溶銑温度(T1 )を1200〜1330℃に調整し、脱燐精錬終了時の溶銑温度を1400℃以下に調整することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の溶銑の脱燐処理方法。
T1(℃)=[溶銑温度(℃)+[Si]×300]×HMR …(1)
但し、(1)式において、T1 は脱燐処理前の初期溶銑温度(℃)、[Si]は溶銑中の珪素濃度(質量%)、HMRは当該脱燐処理における初期の溶銑配合比(溶銑質量/(溶銑質量+精錬開始前に添加した冷鉄源質量))である。 - 脱燐精錬時間の30%が経過した時点から90%が経過する時点までに添加する冷鉄源の粒径は20mm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項3の何れか1つに記載の溶銑の脱燐処理方法。
