Abstract
Description
下表1に示す各組成物を同表に示す割合(質量%)で配合し、導電性ポリウレタン樹脂組成物を調製した。つぎに、この組成物を用いてシート(大きさ10×20cm、厚み2mm)を作製した。
リチウム塩1:過塩素酸リチウム(日本カーリット社製)
リチウム塩2:トリフルオロメタンスルホン酸リチウム(和光純薬社製)
ポリオール類:PPG(三井武田ケミカル社製、アクトコールMN300)
ウレタンプレポリマー:PPGをMDIでプレポリマー化したもの。(三井武田ケミカル社製、アクトコール/Diol−3000)
電気抵抗:JIS−K6911に準拠し、ダイアインスツルメンツ社製ハイレスタUP MCP−HT450型にて測定した。
耐久性:シートを1cm×1cmの大きさにカットし両面に銀ペーストを塗付し、10V連続印加した時の体積抵抗値の変化を調べた。アドバンテスト社/デジタル・エレクトロメータR8252にて、電圧印加前及び印加1時間後の体積抵抗値(Ω・cm)を測定した。体積抵抗値を常用対数に変換し、電圧印加前後で1以上増加しない場合耐久性○とした。結果を表2に示す。
Claims (5)
- リチウム塩が、フルオロアルキルスルホン酸リチウム、トリフルオロ酢酸リチウム、過塩素酸リチウム、硝酸リチウム、ビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホンイミド)リチウムからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つである事を特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電性ポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
- (a)ポリオール類と(b)ウレタンプレポリマーとの和100質量部に対して前記ホウ素錯塩の添加量が0.001〜10質量部であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の導電性ポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
- 更にリチウム塩の添加量が、(a)ポリオール類と(b)ウレタンプレポリマーとの和100質量部に対して0.001〜10質量部である事を特徴とする請求項3に記載の導電性ポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜4に記載の導電性ポリウレタン樹脂組成物を成型してなる導電性ポリウレタン樹脂。
