Abstract
【解決手段】面取り19の径方向中心と内輪部材5,6の径方向中心との偏心量を、0を超えて200μmを超えない範囲とした状態で、ハブ軸9の端部を面取り19を施した内輪部材6の端面に対してかしめて内輪部材5,6とハブ軸9とを軸心7方向および周方向に一体化する。これによりハブフランジ8の面振れの発生が抑えられてて、車軸用転がり軸受装置1を車両に組込んで使用した際でもいわゆるブレーキジャダやブレーキ鳴きといった現象の発生を防止できる。

Claims (1)
- 車体側に取り付けられる外輪部材と、車輪が取り付けられるフランジ部が外周に形成された円筒状のハブホイール部材と、ハブホイール部材にスプライン嵌合される軸部が一体に形成された等速ジョイントの椀形外輪部材とを備え、
外輪部材とハブホイール部材及び椀形外輪部材との間に複列の転動体が配置され、
ハブホイール部材の一方端部の内周面側に曲面状の面取りが形成され、
椀形外輪部材の軸部の端部がハブホイール部材の面取りが形成された一方端面にかしめられ、
ハブホイール部材と椀形外輪部材とが固定されている車輪用転がり軸受装置であって、
ハブホイール部材の径方向中心と面取りの径方向中心との径方向の偏心量が、0を超えて200μmを超えない範囲に設定されることにより、軸体に形成された取付けフランジの面振れが20μm以下に抑えられたことを特徴とする車輪用転がり軸受装置。
