Abstract
【解決手段】ハイブリッド車両の駆動装置は、同軸上に各ロータの回転中心軸が配置されるモータジェネレータMG2およびモータジェネレータMG2の奥に配置されるモータジェネレータMG1と、クランクシャフトの回転中心軸と同軸上にかつモータジェネレータMG1およびMG2の間に配置される動力分割機構と、モータジェネレータMG1,MG2の制御を行なうパワー制御ユニットとを備える。パワー制御ユニットは、モータジェネレータMG2の回転中心軸に対して一方側であって、かつ、パワー素子基板120の下方側面とモータジェネレータMG2の外周側面とケース102の内方側面との間に形成される間隙部150に配置されたリアクトルL1と、モータジェネレータMG2の回転中心軸に対して他方側に配置されるコンデンサC2とを含む。

Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1に係るハイブリッド車両100のモータジェネレータ制御に関する構成を示す回路図である。
Q3のエミッタと接続される。ダイオードD4のカソードはIGBT素子Q4のコレクタと接続され、ダイオードD4のアノードはIGBT素子Q4のエミッタと接続される。
図3、図4を参照して、駆動装置20のケースは、ケース104とケース102とに分割可能に構成されている。ケース104は主としてモータジェネレータMG1を収容する部分であり、ケース102は、主としてモータジェネレータMG2およびパワー制御ユニット21を収容する部分である。
図5を参照して、ケース102にはモータジェネレータ組付け用および保守用の開口部109が設けられており、この開口部109は車両搭載状態においては蓋により閉じられている。
図6を参照して、モータジェネレータMG2の断面およびパワー制御ユニット21を収容する収容室の断面が示されている。
図7、図8を参照して、エンジンのクランクシャフト50はダンパ124に接続され、ダンパ124の出力軸は動力分割機構PSDに接続される。
図9を参照して、パワー制御ユニット21を収容する収容室においてはリアクトルL1の断面が示されている。リアクトルL1は、たとえば電磁鋼板が積層されたコア210にコイル212が巻回された構造を有する。なお、リアクトルL1は、パワー素子基板120の下方側面と紙面奥方に配置されるモータジェネレータMG2(図示せず)の外周側面との間に形成される略三角形状の間隙部に収容されている。そのため、コア210は、空隙部の形状に合わせて、略三角形状を有する。
図10は、リアクトルL1の構造の一例を示す斜視図である。
図11は、リアクトルL1の構造の他の例を説明するための断面図である。なお、図11は、図6に示す断面図のうちの本変更例1に係る変更部分を拡大して示したものである。
以上に述べたように、リアクトルL1をケース内部に形成される空きスペースを利用して配置することにより、コンパクトなハイブリッド車両の駆動装置を実現することができる。
図13は、パワーケーブル6,8の構造を説明するための図である。
図14は、図13に示した構造の変形例を示した図である。
図15は、図12に示した構成の他の変形例を示した図である。
先の実施の形態1は、リアクトルL1を、駆動装置を収容するケース内部に形成される空きスペースに配置することにより、コンパクトなハイブリッド車両の駆動装置を実現するものであった。
図16を参照して、駆動装置20Aのケースは、ケース104とケース102Aとに分割可能に構成されている。ケース104は主としてモータジェネレータMG1を収容する部分であり、ケース102Aは、主としてモータジェネレータMG2およびパワー制御ユニットを収容する部分である。
図17を参照して、ケース102Aにはモータジェネレータ組付け用および保守用の開口部109が設けられており、この開口部109は車両搭載状態においては蓋により閉じられている。
図18を参照して、モータジェネレータMG2の断面およびパワー制御ユニット21を収容する収容室の断面が示されている。
Claims (10)
- 内燃機関のクランクシャフトが結合されるダンパと、
前記ダンパの回転軸とその回転軸とが重なるように配置される回転電機と、
前記内燃機関の発生した動力に前記回転電機の発生した動力を合成して駆動軸に伝達する動力伝達装置と、
前記回転電機の制御を行なうパワー制御ユニットと、
前記ダンパ、前記回転電機、前記動力伝達機構および前記パワー制御ユニットを収容するケースとを備え、
前記パワー制御ユニットは、
インバータおよび電圧コンバータの少なくとも一方のパワー素子が搭載された回路基板と、
前記回転軸方向から投影した場合に、前記ケースの前記ダンパ、前記回転電機、前記動力分割機構、および前記回路基板を収容する部分の投影部の車両搭載時の水平方向の寸法の内側に形成される間隙部に配置されたリアクトルとを含む、ハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 回転電機と、
前記回転電機の制御を行なうパワー制御ユニットと、
前記回転電機および前記パワー制御ユニットを収容するケースとを備え、
前記パワー制御ユニットは、
インバータおよび電圧コンバータの少なくとも一方のパワー素子が搭載され、前記回転電機の車両搭載時における上方に配置された回路基板と、
前記回転軸方向から投影した場合に、前記ケースの前記回転電機および前記回路基板を収容する部分の投影部の車両搭載時の鉛直方向の寸法の内側に形成され、前記回路基板の下方側面、前記回転電機の外周側面および前記ケースの内方側面を外郭とする間隙部に配置されたリアクトルとを含む、ハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記間隙部は、
前記回転電機の回転中心軸に対する一方側に形成される第1の間隙部と、
前記回転電機の回転中心軸に対する他方側に形成される第2の間隙部とを含み、
前記リアクトルは、前記第1の間隙部に配置される、請求項1または請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記リアクトルは、
前記第1の間隙部に相似した形状からなるコアと、
前記コアに巻回されたコイルとを含む、請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記リアクトルは、
前記回転電機の固定子鉄芯から分岐され、前記第1の空隙部内に配設されたコアと、
前記コアに巻回されたコイルとを含む、請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記パワー制御ユニットは、前記パワー素子と前記インバータとの間に配され、前記電圧変換された直流電圧を平滑化して前記インバータに入力するコンデンサをさらに含み、
前記コンデンサは、前記第2の間隙部に配置される、請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記コンデンサは、前記第2の間隙部に相似した形状からなるフィルムコンデンサである、請求項6に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
- 前記電圧コンバータと前記電源とを接続するパワーケーブルをさらに備え、
前記パワーケーブルは、
前記パワーケーブルの芯となる磁性体コアと、
前記磁性体コアに螺旋状に巻付いた導電線とを含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記電圧コンバータと前記電源とを接続する第1および第2のパワーケーブルをさらに備え、
前記第1および第2のパワーケーブルの各々は、
ケーブルの芯となる磁性体コアと、
前記磁性体コアに螺旋状に巻付いた導電線とを含み、
前記第1のパワーケーブルの磁性体コアと前記第2のパワーケーブルの磁性体コアとは、一方端同士が接続され、かつ他方端同士が接続され、環状磁路を形成する、請求項1または請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記ケースの外部に取り付けられ、前記電圧コンバータとパワーケーブルとを電気的に接続するための接続部材をさらに備え、
前記接続部材は、
一方端子と他方端子との間に配設された導電線と、
前記導電線が螺旋状に巻付けられた磁性体コアとを含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
