Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る変速装置は、シフトスピンドル101に溝部103がシフトスピンドル101の周部に沿って環状に形成され、位置決めピン123がリヤカバー14の貫通孔124に外側から挿通するように取り付けられて、リヤカバー14の内側に突出した位置決めピン123の先端部が溝部103に係止するように構成されており、リヤカバー14の内側にスピンドルプレート102が当接可能なリブ125が形成されて、スピンドルプレート102がリブ125と当接する状態で貫通孔124の延長上に溝部103が配置されるようになっている。

Claims (2)
- 複数の変速段を確立し得るギヤ列と、前記ギヤ列の噛み合いを変更するシフトフォークと、前記シフトフォークを駆動するシフトドラムと、前記シフトドラムを駆動する回転自在なシフトスピンドルと、前記ギヤ列、前記シフトフォーク、前記シフトドラム、および前記シフトスピンドルを覆うカバー部材とを備えた変速装置において、
前記シフトスピンドルは、前記シフトスピンドルの回転駆動力を前記シフトフォークに向けて伝達するスピンドルプレートと、前記シフトスピンドルの周部に沿って環状に形成された溝部とを有し、前記カバー部材の一方で回転自在に支持されるように構成されており、
前記カバー部材に形成された貫通孔に前記カバー部材の他方から挿通するように取り付けられ、前記カバー部材の前記一方側に突出した先端部が前記溝部に係止するように構成された位置決めピンを備え、
前記カバー部材の内側に前記スピンドルプレートが当接可能なリブが形成され、前記スピンドルプレートが前記リブと当接する状態で前記貫通孔の延長上に前記溝部が配置されるように構成されていることを特徴とする変速装置。 - 前記シフトスピンドルが前記シフトドラムに対して略直角な方向に延びるように構成されており、
前記カバー部材の前記一方に前記シフトドラムと略平行に配設され、前記シフトスピンドルの回転駆動力を利用して前記シフトドラムを駆動する回転自在なサブシフトスピンドルを備え、
前記サブシフトスピンドルの先端に前記スピンドルプレートと係合するサブスピンドルプレートが設けられ、前記スピンドルプレートの回転駆動力が前記スピンドルプレートおよび前記サブスピンドルプレートを介して前記サブシフトスピンドルに伝達されるように構成されており、
前記カバー部材の前記一方に突片部が前記リブと一体的に形成され、前記突片部が前記リブよりも突出するように前記カバー部材の前記一方側に延びて前記突片部の先端が前記サブスピンドルプレートに当接するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速装置。
