Claims (3)
- 選択的に確立可能としてエンジンケース(11)に収納される複数変速段の歯車列(G1,G2,G3,G4,G5,G6)と、回動位置に応じて前記歯車列(G1〜G6)を選択的に確立させるようにして前記エンジンケース(11)に回動可能に支承されるシフトドラム(52)と、該シフトドラム(52)を回動駆動するようにして前記シフトドラム(52)の一端部に連動、連結されるシフト位置変更駆動手段(60)と、複数の前記歯車列(G1〜G6)のいずれが確立した状態であるかを検出するシフトポジションセンサ(71)とを備える車両用変速機において、
前記シフト位置変更駆動手段(60)は、複数の従動ピン(61)を外端面に有して前記シフトドラム(52)の一端部に固定されるシフトカム(62)と、そのシフトカム(62)を挟んで前記シフトドラム(52)の一端部に対向するよう前記エンジンケース(11)の外部に配置された、回動操作可能なシフトスピンドルアーム(64)とを備えていて、前記シフトスピンドルアーム(64)の回動に応じて、該シフトスピンドルアーム(64)に固定の係合部(64a)を前記複数の従動ピン(61)の1つに選択的に係合させて前記シフトドラム(52)を間欠的に回動駆動可能であり、
前記シフトポジションセンサ(71)は、前記エンジンケース(11)の外部に固定配置され、
前記シフトドラム(52)の回動量を前記シフトポジションセンサ(71)に伝達する伝達機構(72)が、前記シフトカム(62)と前記シフトポジションセンサ(71)との間で前記シフトスピンドルアーム(64)を迂回するよう配置され、
前記シフトカム(62)の外周部には、前記伝達機構(72)の一部である駆動ギヤ(73)が固設されることを特徴とする車両用変速機。 - 前記伝達機構(72)が前記シフトドラム(52)の回動量を減速して伝達するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用変速機。
- 前記伝達機構(72)の一部および前記シフト位置変更駆動手段(60)を覆うシフトカバー(67)が前記エンジンケース(11)に取付けられ、前記シフトポジションセンサ(71)が、前記伝達機構(72)の前記シフトカバー(67)からの突出部に連結されるようにして前記シフトカバー(67)の外面に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の車両用変速機。
