Abstract
【解決手段】光センサたる刺激波長コンバータ12は、ある光子エネルギレンジ内で、刺激20例えば広波長域光照明の内容に応じた光子エネルギピーク値を有する光24即ち狭波長域光を出射する。伝搬部材30は、コンバータ10の出射光24を拡散光32に変換して光検知アセンブリ34内の透過構造40へと伝搬する。その光子エネルギ透過特性に横変性がある多層の構造40は、その入射面にて受光した光32の光子エネルギλa,λbに応じ異なる領域42,44から光子46,48を放出する。光子検知部材50の位置52,54における光子放出量検知結果同士の比較により光子量差分や構造40における光子放出位置を検知し、光24の波長変化や光子エネルギ分布を求める。

Claims (3)
- 広波長域光照明に応じ狭波長域光を出射する光センサと、その光透過特性に横変性がある層を少なくとも一層有し上記光センサの出射光をその層を介して受光する検知器と、を備え、
上記検知器が、上記出射光が上記層を透過した位置に基づき当該出射光における波長変化を判別する検知システム。 - あるレンジ内の光子エネルギを有する光を出射する刺激波長コンバータと、その光子エネルギ透過特性に横変性がある多層の透過構造と、上記刺激波長コンバータからの出射光を上記透過構造の入射面へと伝搬する伝搬部材と、を備え、
上記刺激波長コンバータが、第1内容の刺激が与えられたときには上記レンジ内の第1ピーク値近傍の光子エネルギを有する第1の光を、また第2内容の刺激が与えられたときには当該レンジ内の第2ピーク値近傍の光子エネルギを有する第2の光を、それぞれ出射するよう構成されており、
上記透過構造が、その入射面にて上記第1の光を受光したときにはその出射面上の第1位置から、またその入射面にて上記第2の光を受光したときにはその出射面上の第2位置から、それぞれ光子を放出するよう構成されており、
上記刺激波長コンバータに与えられる刺激の内容が第1内容から第2内容へ又はその逆へと変化したとき、その変化に応じて上記第1位置における光子放出量と上記第2位置における光子放出量の相対的関係が変化する装置。 - その光子エネルギ透過特性に横変性があり、あるレンジに亘りその光子エネルギが分布する光をその入射面にて受光したときその出射面上の複数の位置で光子を放出する多層の透過構造と、
上記出射面上の各位置における光子放出量を検知するフォトセンサ部材と、
同一の光子エネルギ分布についての複数通りの光子放出量検知結果が与えられたときそれらを相互比較することにより少なくとも一種類の光子量差分を求める回路と、
を備える装置。
