Abstract
【解決手段】何種類かの刺激20に反応し光24を出射する刺激波長コンバータ12即ちある種の光源を1個又は複数個設ける。拡散部材30は、透過構造40の入射面上で一方向又は多方向沿いに拡がるようコンバータ12からの光24を拡散させる。透過構造40は、拡散した光32をその入射面にて受光して出射面から光子検知部材50へと出射し波長情報をもたらす。構造40の光子エネルギ透過特性はその入射面沿いで横変しており、部材30は、光子エネルギ透過特性の横変方向と直交していない方向を含む一方向又は多方向沿いに構造40の入射面上で光が拡がるよう拡散光32を発生させる。光源を複数個設ける場合は、光源毎分離状態が保たれるよう拡散光32を発生させるとよい。

Claims (3)
- 一種類又は複数種類の刺激に反応して光を出射する刺激波長コンバータと、
透過構造の入射面上で一方向又は多方向沿いに拡がるよう刺激波長コンバータからの光を拡散させる拡散部材と、
拡散部材を介しその入射面にて刺激波長コンバータから受光しその出射面から光を出射する透過構造であってその光子エネルギ透過特性が入射面沿いに横変している透過構造と、
を備え、透過構造の入射面上で光が拡がる方向が、透過構造の光子エネルギ透過特性の横変方向と直交していない方向を含むこととなるよう構成された装置。 - 一種類又は複数種類の刺激に反応して刺激波長コンバータから出射される光を受光し拡散させ、その光子エネルギ透過特性が横変している透過構造の入射面上で、且つその光子エネルギ透過特性の横変方向とは直交していない方向を含め一方向又は多方向沿いに、拡げるステップを有し、
透過構造の入射面上に拡がった光に応じ且つ横変性のあるその光子エネルギ透過特性に従い、透過構造の出射面から光子を放出させる検知方法。 - 波長情報をもたらす光を出射する複数個の光源と、
透過構造の入射面上で一方向又は多方向沿いに拡がるよう且つ光が光源毎に分離した状態に保たれるよう各光源からの光を拡散させる拡散部材と、
受光用の入射面と出射用の出射面とを有しその光子エネルギ透過特性が入射面沿いに横変している透過構造と、
を備え、透過構造の入射面上で光が拡がる方向が、透過構造の光子エネルギ透過特性の横変方向と直交していない方向を含むこととなるよう構成された装置。
