Description

上記電気信号を使用し、上記サンプル内における上記検体の存在に関する情報を獲得する段階とを備えて成る、
光学キャビティを使用する方法である。
Claims (3)
- 光学キャビティを使用する方法であって、
内部に検体を有する光学キャビティを提供する段階と、ここで、上記光学キャビティは2以上のモードの組で出力光を提供するようにされており、上記出力光は上記2以上の各モードについてそれぞれの強度関数を含んでおり、上記各モードのそれぞれの強度関数は上記検体の光学特性についての情報を含んでおり、
上記光学キャビティからの出力光を感光する段階と、
を含み、
上記出力光を感光する段階は、
上記光学特性に依存する電気信号を提供する段階と、ここで、上記電気信号は、複数の異なる光子エネルギの部分的レンジにおける感光された強度を示しており、
上記電気信号を使用して、少なくとも2つのモードについて異なる強度関数の特徴から上記検体に関する情報を獲得する段階と、
を含んでいる方法。 - 上記電気信号を使用して情報を獲得する段階は、検体の、光学的な吸収特性及び/又は屈折率についての情報、又は分散についての情報を獲得する段階を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記電気信号を使用する段階は、コントラストに基づくデータ計算する段階を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
