Abstract
【解決手段】イオナイザ本体2の両側面5b,5bに部品取付溝15,15を形成し、この部品取付溝15,15に部品増設用の補助部材3Aを着脱自在に係止させ、この補助部材3Aによってセンサーやフィルター等の部品を増設する。上記部品取付溝15は、下側溝壁15bが溝口側に向けて次第に外下がり状に傾斜しており、また、上記補助部材3Aは、左右の側壁3b,3bの先端に係止用の突縁3c,3cを有していて、該突縁3c,3cを上記部品取付溝15,15に弾力的に係止させることによって上記イオナイザ本体2に取り付けられる。

Description
この場合、上記補助部材が、上記電極取付口に多孔質のフィルターを取り付けるためのフィルターホルダーを兼ねていても良い。
なお、この下側溝壁15bは、必ずしも全体が傾斜している必要はなく、溝底側の部分は水平で、溝口側の部分が傾斜していても良い。
かくして、ハウジング5の部品取付溝15を、上述したように、下側溝壁15bが外下がり状に傾斜する溝形状としたことにより、上記補助部材3Aの着脱を非常に簡単かつ円滑に行うことができる。
また、該補助部材3Aの長さは、上記ハウジング5の下面5aを全体的に覆うように該ハウジング5と同じ長さにすることもできるが、上記実施形態においては、ハウジング5よりは短く、しかし全ての電極カートリッジ7に跨るような長さに形成されている。
この第3実施形態の上記以外の構成は、実質的に上記第1実施形態と同じであるから、それらの主要な同一構成部分に第1実施形態の場合と同じ符号を付し、その説明は省略する。

Claims (6)
- 電極取付口が開口する下面及び該下面に連なる両側面を有する横長のハウジングと、上記電極取付口内に取り付けられたイオン発生用の電極と、上記ハウジングの両側面の下端部寄りの位置に該ハウジングの長手方向に延設された一対の部品取付溝とを有するイオナイザ本体;上記部品取付溝への係止によって該イオナイザ本体に取り付けられた部品増設用の補助部材とを備え、
上記部品取付溝は、上側溝壁と下側溝壁とを有していて、該下側溝壁の少なくとも溝口側の壁部分が次第に外下がり状に傾斜しており、
上記補助部材は、相対する一対の取付用側壁を有し、これらの側壁の先端には係止用の突縁が形成されていて、該突縁を上記部品取付溝に弾力的に係止させることによって上記イオナイザ本体に着脱自在に取り付けられている、
ことを特徴とする部品増設装置付きイオナイザ。 - 上記部品取付溝における下側溝壁の溝底から溝口までの壁高さが、上側溝壁の溝底から溝口までの壁高さより低く形成され、また、該下側溝壁の溝口端から上記下面に向けて延びる面が、次第にハウジングの中心に近づく方向に傾斜することにより、上記突縁を取付溝に導くための案内面を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のイオナイザ。
- 上記部品取付溝における下側溝壁の傾斜する壁部分と、上記ハウジングを幅方向の中央で2分する仮想鉛直面とのなす角度が、10〜80度であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のイオナイザ。
- 上記補助部材が、上記電極を電極取付口から脱落しないように保持する脱落防止カバーであることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れかに記載のイオナイザ。
- 上記補助部材が、上記電極取付口に多孔質のフィルターを取り付けるためのフィルターホルダーであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のイオナイザ。
- 上記補助部材が、イオンバランス測定用のセンサーを取り付けるためのセンサーホルダーであることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れかに記載のイオナイザ。
