Abstract
【解決手段】振動溶接は、機械的に分離された複数の振動ヘッドによって行われ、振動ヘッドの各々が周波数変換器に接続されている。電気回路は、1台の周波数変換器をマスターとして動作させることができ、他の周波数変換器をスレーブとして動作させることができるように、周波数変換器を接続している。

Claims (10)
- 振動溶接装置であって、
a.各々が周波数変換器又は他の適切な駆動装置に接続された、機械的に分離された複数の振動ヘッド(10)と、
b.1台の周波数変換器をマスターとして動作させ、他の周波数変換器がスレーブとして動作させることができるように振動ヘッド(10)の周波数変換器を接続する電気回路とを備え、
c.マスターの制御効果に基づき、複数の振動ヘッド(10)の同期運転又は目標とする非同期運転を実現できる振動溶接装置。 - 周波数、位相、及び振動に関して、又はこれらの変数の中から選択した変数に関して振動ヘッド(10)を同期運転又は目標とする非同期状態で運転できる、請求項1の装置。
- 振動ヘッド(10)の周波数と位相をマスターによって指定でき、周波数は振動ヘッド(10)の共振周波数の平均値によって決定される、請求項1の装置。
- スレーブは、マスターによりバスシステム又は並列回路を介して個別振幅制御で制御できる、請求項1の装置。
- 周波数変換器を備えた振動ヘッド(10)を少なくとも2台有し、該振動ヘッドは被溶接物に対して自由に位置決めできる、請求項1の装置。
- 周波数変換器に接続されると共に互いに機械的に分離された複数の振動ヘッド(10)を使用して被溶接物を振動溶接する方法であて、
a.少なくとも1台の周波数変換器をマスターとして定義し、残りの周波数変換器をスレーブとして定義するステップと、
b.少なくとも1台のマスターを介してスレーブを駆動するステップとを含み、
c.周波数、位相、及び振幅に関して、又はこれらの変数の中から選択した変数に関して、振動ヘッドが同期運転又は目標とする非同期状態で運転される方法。 - 駆動は、周波数変換器の並列回路を介して又はBUSシステム介した周波数変換器の接続によって行われる、請求項6の方法。
- 被溶接物に対して自由に位置決めできる少なくとも2台の振動ヘッドが動作される、請求項6の方法。
- 振動ヘッドの周波数と位相をマスターによって指定するステップを更に含み、周波数は、振動ヘッド(10)の共振周波数の平均値によって決定される、請求項6の方法。
- 振動ヘッド(10)のための個別の又は共通の振幅目標をマスターによって指定し、この目標値をスレーブに転送して、振動ヘッド(10)を一致した振幅又は異なる振幅で動作できるようにするステップを更に含む、請求項6の方法。
