Abstract
【解決手段】電気的フラッシュオーバー及び漏れ電流から安全に守る観点から改良された熱発生要素は、PTC素子6と枠開口34を周方向に囲む位置決め枠体2の材料との間に絶縁ギャップ36を設けることにより、対象となっているこの発明で創作されている。本発明は、更に、複数の熱発生要素60で空気を加熱するための加熱装置を改善しており、該加熱装置は、少なくとも1つのPTC素子6と、該PTC素子6の対峙する側表面上に置かれた電気的なストリップ導体4と、平行な層になって配置される複数の熱放射要素56とを備えており、該熱放射要素は、ばねによる偏りの力で熱発生要素56の対峙する側に枠体内で所定位置に保持される。本発明による熱発生要素の使用により、加熱装置は、高度の確実性をもって電気的フラッシュオーバー及び漏れ電流から保護される。

Claims (22)
- 少なくとも1つのPTC素子(6)と、前記少なくとも1つのPTC素子(6)を保持するための少なくとも1つの枠開口(34)を形成する位置決め枠体(2)とを備える、空気を加熱するための加熱装置の熱発生要素において、前記PTC素子(6)は高絶縁方法で前記位置決め枠体(2)中に支持されている、ことを特徴とする熱発生要素。
- 前記PTC素子(6)と前記枠開口(34)を周方向に囲む前記位置決め枠体(2)の材料との間に絶縁ギャップ(36)が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱発生要素。
- 前記絶縁ギャップ(36)内に絶縁間隔保持手段(40)が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱発生要素。
- 前記間隔保持手段(40)及び/又は前記位置決め枠体(2)は電気的に高等級の絶縁材料から形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱発生要素。
- 前記枠開口(34)を周方向に囲む縁は絶縁ストリップ(40)を支持している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の熱発生要素。
- 前記高等級の絶縁材料はシリコンである、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の熱発生要素。
- 前記絶縁ストリップは前記枠開口(46)に周方向に沿って並ぶ閉じた絶縁枠の形に作り上げられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の熱発生要素。
- 前記位置決め枠体(2)は、前記間隔保持手段(40)に切り込まれた保持溝(52)に嵌る舌状部(54)を形成している、ことを特徴とする請求項3〜7のいずれか1項に記載の熱発生要素。
- 電気的なストリップ導体(4)が前記PTC素子(6)の対峙する側表面に接して置かれていると共に、前記絶縁ギャップ(36)が前記電気的なストリップ導体(4)と前記位置決め枠体(2)の材料との間に連続している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の熱発生要素。
- 前記PTC素子(6)は、前記電気的なストリップ導体(4)に接続されると共に、前記位置決め枠体(2)に関する前記電気的なストリップ導体(4)の絶縁配置により、前記PTC素子(6)と前記枠開口(34)を周方向に囲む前記位置決め枠体(2)の材料との間に空隙が設けられるような方法で、配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の熱発生要素。
- 前記空隙は絶縁詰め物要素(40)により囲まれている、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の熱発生要素。
- 前記電気的なストリップ導体(4)は、直接に前記位置決め枠体(2)に接して置かれるか、或いは絶縁層(8)の上に置かれ、該絶縁層は、前記電気的なストリップ導体(4)の外側面上に配置されると共に、封止要素(46)を間に入れて、前記電気的なストリップ導体(4)を越えて延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の熱発生要素。
- 前記封止要素(46)は、前記絶縁層(8)を前記位置決め枠体(2)に接続するプラスチック接着剤によって形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の熱発生要素。
- 前記封止要素(46)は、射出成形部品として前記位置決め枠体(2)と一緒に単一ピースのように形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の熱発生要素。
- 前記封止要素(46)は、それが前記位置決め枠体(2)の少なくとも長手方向に延びるような方法で設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の熱発生要素。
- 前記封止要素(46)は、前記位置決め枠体(2)により形成されると共に前記位置決め枠体(2)の少なくとも長さに沿って延びる封止材縁(48)に隣接して配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項12〜15のいずれか1項に記載の熱発生要素。
- 前記位置決め枠体(2)は、前記PTC素子(6)の支持面に対して直角に延びると共に、前記絶縁層(8)及び/又は前記電気的なストリップ導体(4)の収容の各面に境界をつける境界縁(30)を形成している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の熱発生要素。
- 前記位置決め枠体は、前記PTC素子(6)の支持面に対して直角に延びるペグ(26)を形成しており、該ペグ(26)は、前記電気的なストリップ導体(4)に形成された切欠き(16)にかみ合うと共に、溶融により形成される厚くなった部分を形成し、該厚くなった部分により前記電気的なストリップ導体(4)が前記位置決め枠体(2)に固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の熱発生要素。
- 前記位置決め枠体(2)は、絶縁材料からプラスチック射出成形部品として形成されており、前記間隔保持手段(40)及び/又は前記封止要素(46)は、高絶縁性のプラスチックコンポーネントの周りに成形することにより前記位置決め枠体(2)に接して配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の熱発生要素。
- 前記位置決め枠体(2)の一方の側で、少なくとも1つの電気的なストリップ導体(4)が前記位置決め枠体(2)を形成する高絶縁性のプラスチックコンポーネントの周りに成形することにより前記位置決め枠体(2)に接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載の熱発生要素。
- 電気的なストリップ導体(4)に隣接して設けられる絶縁層(8)が周りに成形することにより前記位置決め枠体(2)に接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載の熱発生要素。
- 複数の熱発生要素(60)を加熱するために、少なくとも1つのPTC素子(6)と、該PTC素子(6)の対峙する側表面上に置かれた電気的なストリップ導体(4)と、平行な層になって配置される複数の熱放射要素(56)とを備えており、該熱放射要素は、枠体内でばねによる偏りの力で前記熱発生要素(60)の対峙する側に保持されている加熱装置において、前記熱発生要素は請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載されている熱発生要素である、ことを特徴とする加熱装置。
