【解決手段】分子中に親水性の極性基および架橋構造を有する有機高分子よりなる有機高分子系収着剤を必須成分としてなり、かつ20℃、65%RHおよび90%RHにおける飽和吸湿率がそれぞれ20重量%以上および40重量%以上であり、かかる条件での飽和吸湿率の差が20重量%以上である吸湿層が、熱伝導性に優れる金属表面上の片面または両面に付加した基材上及び/または基材内部に形成されてなる収着式熱交換モジュール。

Description
[1]分子中に親水性の極性基および架橋構造を有する有機高分子よりなる有機高分子系収着剤を必須成分としてなり、かつ20℃、65%RHおよび90%RHにおける飽和吸湿率がそれぞれ20重量%以上および40重量%以上であり、かかる条件での飽和吸湿率の差が20重量%以上である吸湿層が、熱伝導性に優れる金属表面上の片面または両面に付加した基材上および/又は基材内部に形成されてなることを特徴とする収着式熱交換モジュール。
[3]塩型カルボキシル基の塩がカリウム型であることを特徴とする[1]または[2]に記載の収着式熱交換モジュール。
[4]有機高分子系収着剤が微粒子状であり、該微粒子の1次粒子の平均粒子径が5μm未満であることを特徴とする[1]から[3]のいずれかに記載の収着式熱交換モジュール。

[14]紙、不織布、布帛よりなる群から選択される1種以上の基材に、重合により有機高分子系収着剤に変換することのできる単量体を含む溶液を塗布または含浸させ、次に加熱・乾燥を行なうことにより基材上および/又は基材内部に有機高分子系収着剤を必須成分としてなる吸湿層を形成せしめ、さらに熱伝導性に優れる金属に貼付することで該金属表面上に吸湿層を形成せしめることを特徴とする収着式熱交換モジュールの製造方法。
また、上記で吸湿層を形成するために行なう乾燥についても、その方法に特に限定はなく、通常使用される方式、例えば熱風乾燥、赤外線乾燥、高周波加熱等の方法を適宜選定し使用することができる。また、乾燥の際の加熱温度、時間についても、溶媒を除去できる条件を任意に設定することができる。例えば、乾燥温度室温〜200℃、乾燥時間10秒〜24時間といった条件をとることができる。

別途、上述の全カルボキシル基量測定操作中の1N塩酸水溶液添加によるpH2への調整をすることなく同様に滴定曲線を求め、試料中に含まれるH型カルボキシル基量を求めた。これらの結果から次式により塩型カルボキシル基量を算出した。

流水脱落率(%)=(W3s−W4s)/(W3s−WMe−Wsh)×100
反応槽にラウリル硫酸ナトリウム1部、過硫酸アンモニウム3部およびイオン交換水350部を仕込む。次にこの反応槽を温度70℃まで昇温し、70℃に保ち攪拌しながら反応槽内にメチルアクリレート(MAと記す)35部、ブチルアクリレート40部、ジビニルベンゼン15部、メタクリル酸5部、p−スチレンスルホン酸ナトリウム5部、ポリエチレングリコール(23モル)モノアクリレート3部および脱イオン水50部を滴下して重合を開始する。これら単量体類の滴下は30分間で終了する様に滴下速度を調整する。滴下終了後2時間同一条件に保って重合を行なう。かくして得られた重合体エマルジョンは、固形分21%、平均粒子径は0.03μmの極めて微細なものであった。
2リットルの重合槽に水1081部を入れ、60℃まで昇温を行い還元剤としてピロ亜硫酸ナトリウム6.2部を添加した。次に、アクリロニトリル450部およびアクリル酸メチル50部のモノマー混合溶液、及び過硫酸アンモニウム5部を水100部に溶解した酸化剤水溶液をそれぞれ2時間かけて滴下し重合を行い、さらに80℃に昇温し2時間後重合を行った。反応終了後、撹拌を継続しながら室温まで冷却することにより平均粒子径が42μmの凝集体である多孔質アクリロニトリル系重合体分散液を得た。この凝集体の1次粒子を電子顕微鏡で観察したところ平均粒子径は0.3μmであった。
アルカリ脱脂剤により脱脂したアルミニウム板(厚み0.15mm)の両面に25g/m2の紙(パルプ100%)をエポキシ系接着剤(セメダイン製EP106NL)を用いて80℃で乾燥して接着させた。(接着剤量は15g/m2) 更に図1に示す熱交換モジュールを製作した。 次いで、アクリル酸ナトリウム50部を1000部の水に溶解し、この中に架橋剤としてのテトラエチレングリコールジメタクリレート5部およびエチレングリコールジグリシジルエーテル5部、ならびに開始剤として過硫酸アンモニウム2部を添加し重合により有機高分子系収着剤に変換することのできる単量体を含む溶液に含浸し、過剰の溶液を遠心法により除去した。この後、105℃熱風乾燥器で1時間、さらに120℃で16時間加熱・乾燥処理を行なうことにより、塗膜状の有機高分子系収着剤の吸湿層よりなる、本発明の収着式熱交換器モジュールを得ることができた。得られたモジュールの特性は表1に併記した。
基材として30g/m2の紙(ガラス繊維70%、ビニロン20%、アクリルバインダー10%を抄紙したもの)に実施例2で作成した収着剤分散溶液を含浸塗工して100℃で焼付た吸湿紙を得た。 収着剤として50g/m2塗工されていた。 次いでポリアクリル酸カリウム(分子量80万)水溶液を接着剤としてアルカリ脱脂剤で脱脂し、5%硫酸水溶液で洗浄した銅板(厚み0.2mm)に片面及び両面に貼付した。 接着剤量は片面に付き15g/m2であった。 次いで両面に吸湿紙を貼付した銅板と貼付していない銅板とを2.4mmの高さにコルゲート加工した。更に片面貼付銅板(貼付面上)、両面貼付コルゲート銅板、片面貼付銅板(貼付面下)、90°回転させてコルゲート銅板(未貼付)の順で繰り返し積層し、コルゲートの山の部分にエポキシ系接着剤(セメダイン製EP106NL)を用いて固定することで図2に示した収着式熱交換器モジュールを製作した。得られたモジュールの特性は表1に併記した。

Claims (14)
- 分子中に親水性の極性基および架橋構造を有する有機高分子よりなる有機高分子系収着剤を必須成分としてなり、かつ20℃、65%RHおよび90%RHにおける飽和吸湿率がそれぞれ20重量%以上および40重量%以上であり、かかる条件での飽和吸湿率の差が20重量%以上である吸湿層が、熱伝導性に優れる金属表面上の片面または両面に付加した基材上および/又は基材内部に形成されてなることを特徴とする収着式熱交換モジュール。
- 有機高分子系収着剤が分子中に有する親水性の極性基として、塩型カルボキシル基を1.0〜10.0meq/g含有し、抗菌性および/または抗カビ性を有しており、かつ該有機高分子系収着剤を必須成分としてなる吸湿層の吸水倍率が10倍以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の収着式熱交換モジュール。
- 塩型カルボキシル基の塩がカリウム型であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の収着式熱交換モジュール。
- 有機高分子系収着剤が微粒子状であり、該微粒子の1次粒子の平均粒子径が5μm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の収着式熱交換モジュール。
- 吸湿層中の有機高分子系収着剤の割合が70重量%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の収着式熱交換モジュール。
- 有機高分子系収着剤を必須成分としてなる吸湿層が、多孔質構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の収着式熱交換モジュール。
- 吸湿層が、100℃未満の温度で再生可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の収着式熱交換モジュール。
- 熱伝導性に優れる金属が、アルミニウム、銅、アルミニウム合金、銅合金のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の収着式熱交換モジュール。
