Abstract
【解決手段】流体入口22および流体出口48と、筐体の出口開口部60を制限する弁座56と、筐体内に収容され、その密閉部材42が流体出口48を密閉するために出口開口部60の弁座56を密閉状態で圧迫する密閉位置と、密閉部材42が弁座56から分離されることにより流体出口48が流体入口22と流体連通状態となる開放位置と、の間で軸方向に変位可能である浮遊部材26と、を備えて形成された筐体を含むロールオーバ通気弁。更に、燃料タンクの内部圧力が所定圧力を超えると、放圧が可能な圧力保持ディスク70がある。

Description

Claims (10)
- 流体入口および流体出口と、筐体の出口開口部を制限する弁座と、前記筐体内に収容され、その密閉部材が前記流体出口を密閉するために前記出口開口部の前記弁座を密閉状態で圧迫する密閉位置と、前記密閉部材が前記弁座から分離されることにより前記流体出口が前記流体入口と流体連通状態となる開放位置と、の間で軸方向に変位可能である浮遊部材と、を備えて形成される筐体と、
前記弁座と前記流体出口との間に延伸することにより、前記流体入口と前記流体出口との間の圧力差が最小の圧力閾値を超えない限りその間の流体流動を遮断する圧力保持装置と、を含むロールオーバ通気弁であって、
前記流体入口における圧力不足状態において、極めて高い流量で前記流体入口に向かう流体流動を可能にする前記流体出口と流体連通状態にある一方行流体入口弁をさらに含む、
ことを特徴とするロールオーバ通気弁。 - 前記一方行入口弁は、前記流体出口と流体連通状態にある入口部内にケージの形態で形成され、
出口部は、前記流体入口と流体連通状態にあり、
密閉部材は、前記ケージ内に収容されるとともに、前記入口部の密閉係合状態と、前記流体入口での圧力が前記流体出口での圧力よりも低下したときの前記入口部からの分離状態との間で変位可能である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のロールオーバ通気弁。 - 前記一方行入口弁の前記密閉部材は、可撓性シールであり、前記流体入口における圧力不足状態において、前記可撓性シールは、前記入口部を通る流量断面積を増加させるために前記入口部から分離されて変形する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載のロールオーバ通気弁。 - 前記一方行入口弁の前記入口部は、前記圧力保持装置上に重なる通気ダクトを介して、前記弁の前記流体出口と流体連通状態にある、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載のロールオーバ通気弁。 - 前記ケージの前記入口部は、前記筐体の壁部に形成され、
前記ケージの前記出口部は、前記筐体に固定されるケージ閉鎖部に形成され、
前記出口部は、前記弁の前記流体入口と流体連通状態にある、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載のロールオーバ通気弁。 - 前記一方行入口弁は、前記弁の長手方向軸に対してオフセット状態で延伸する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のロールオーバ通気弁。 - 前記一方行入口弁は、前記筐体内の前記浮遊部材の位置にかかわらず密閉可能である、 ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のロールオーバ通気弁。
- 前記一方行入口弁は、約4リットル/分までの極めて高い流量で前記弁を通気するように設計される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のロールオーバ通気弁。 - 前記一方行入口弁は、車両の転覆の際に自然に密閉する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のロールオーバ通気弁。 - 前記密閉部材は、矩形の断面を有する弾性シールの形態をとる、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載のロールオーバ通気弁。
