Abstract
【解決手段】圧電素子上に櫛形電極パターンが形成された弾性表面波フィルタを有し,前記弾性表面波フィルタの入出力用の電極端子が,バンプを介してパッケージの対応する電極パターンに接続されている弾性表面波装置であって,前記櫛形電極パターンは,1組の反射電極と,前記1組の反射電極間に配置された入力用の櫛形電極と出力用の櫛形電極を有し,前記入力用の櫛形電極と出力用の櫛形電極のいずれか一方の電極端子が,引き回し配線により,接地電極を挟んで他方の電極端子と反対側に位置するように配置されている。

Claims (11)
- 圧電素子上に櫛形電極パターンが形成された弾性表面波フィルタを有し,前記弾性表面波フィルタの入出力用の電極端子が,バンプを介してパッケージの対応する電極パターンに接続されている弾性表面波装置であって,
前記櫛形電極パターンは,1組の反射電極と,前記1組の反射電極間に配置された入力用の櫛形電極と出力用の櫛形電極を有し,
前記入力用の櫛形電極と出力用の櫛形電極のいずれか一方の電極端子が,引き回し配線により,接地電極を挟んで他方の電極端子と反対側に位置するように配置されていることを特徴とする弾性表面波装置。 - 請求項1において,
前記弾性表面波フィルタは,前記反射電極間に励振された弾性表面波を使用し、前記反射電極間に発生した複数の定在波を利用する多重モード弾性表面波フィルタであることを特徴とする弾性表面波装置。 - 圧電素子上に櫛形電極パターンが形成され,カスケード接続された第1及び第2の弾性表面波フィルタを有し,前記弾性表面波フィルタの入出力用の電極端子が,バンプを介してパッケージの対応する電極パターンに接続されている弾性表面波装置であって,
前記第1及び第2の弾性表面波フィルタの櫛形電極パターンは,それぞれ1組の反射電極と,前記1組の反射電極間に配置された入力用の櫛形電極と出力用の櫛形電極を有し,
前記第1及び第2の弾性表面波フィルタのそれぞれについて,前記入力用及び出力用の櫛形電極の電極端子が同じ側から引き出され,
前記第1の弾性表面波フィルタの出力(又は入力)用の櫛形電極の電極端子が,前記第2の弾性表面波フィルタの入力(又は出力)用の櫛形電極の電極端子と引き回し配線により接続され,且つ前記第2の弾性表面波フィルタの接地端子を挟んで,前記第1の弾性表面波フィルタの入力用及び出力用の櫛形電極の電極端子が前記第2の弾性表面波フィルタに対向するように
構成されていることを特徴とする弾性表面波装置。 - 圧電素子上に櫛形電極パターンが形成され,カスケード接続された第1及び第2の弾性表面波フィルタを有し,前記弾性表面波フィルタの入出力用の電極端子が,バンプを介してパッケージの対応する電極パターンに接続されている弾性表面波装置であって,
前記第1及び第2の弾性表面波フィルタの櫛形電極パターンは,それぞれ1組の反射電極と,前記1組の反射電極間に配置された入力用の櫛形電極と出力用の櫛形電極を有し,
前記第1及び第2の弾性表面波フィルタのそれぞれについて,前記入力用及び出力用の櫛形電極の電極端子が同じ側から引き出され,
前記第1の弾性表面波フィルタの出力(又は入力)用の櫛形電極の電極端子が,前記第2の弾性表面波フィルタの入力(又は出力)用の櫛形電極の電極端子と引き回し配線により接続され,且つ前記第1の弾性表面波フィルタの接地端子と前記第2の弾性表面波フィルタの接地端子が対向するように
構成されていることを特徴とする弾性表面波装置。 - 請求項1において,
前記櫛形電極パターンは,所望の合成インピーダンスを得るように,2分割されたフィルタを直列接続する構成であることを特徴とする弾性表面波装置。 - 請求項3又は4において,
前記第1及び第2の弾性表面波フィルタの少なくとも一つの弾性表面波フィルタの電極パターンは,所望の合成インピーダンスを得るように,2分割されたフィルタを直列接続する構成であることを特徴とする弾性表面波装置。 - 請求項1,3又は4において,
更に前記弾性表面波フィルタが,複数並列接続されて構成されていることを特徴とする弾性表面波装置。 - 請求項1,3又は4において,
更に前記弾性表面波フィルタが,前記入力(又は出力)端子が,バランス入力(又は出力)であることを特徴とする弾性表面波装置。 - 請求項1,3又は4において,
更に前記パッケージの電極パターンを,フィルタを構成するインダクタンス成分とすることを特徴とする弾性表面波装置。 - 請求項1乃至9の弾性表面波装置が,送信及び又は受信フィルタとして構成されていることを特徴とするアンテナデュープレクサ。
- 請求項10において,
パッケージ内で,前記送信フィルタに接続する送信(Tx)信号用電極パターンと,前記受信フィルタに接続する受信(Rx)信号用電極パターンとの間に接地パターンが形成されていることを特徴とするアンテナデュープレクサ。
