Abstract
【解決手段】 平板1(1A、1B)相互の開先部2,2を突き合わせて定盤3上の銅裏当て5の上部に配置し、その開先部2,2の突合せ溶接を行う方法であって、定盤3上の所定位置にライナ6(6A、6B)を配置し、銅裏当て5の下部に袋体4を設け、このライナ6と銅裏当て5の上部に平板1を配置しその上にウエイト9を載置して形成し、上記袋体4の内部へガスを圧入して膨張させることにより、上記銅裏当て5を押し上げて開先部2裏面に密着させて溶接を行う。

Description
また、開先部2の下部には銅裏当て5を敷き、この銅裏当て5の下部に袋体4を設ける。 この袋体4はステンレスなどの薄い板を用いて、その周縁端部を溶着して膨張可能な袋状に形成し、その内部へ圧力ガスを送入することができるようにガス入口ノズル10を側面近傍に設ける。
Claims (1)
- 平板相互の開先部を突き合わせて定盤上の銅裏当て上部に配置しその開先部の突合せ溶接を行う方法であって、定盤上の所定位置にライナを配置し、銅裏当ての下部に袋体を設け、このライナと銅裏当ての上部に平板を配置しその上にウエイトを載置して形成し、上記袋体の内部へガスを圧入して膨張させることにより、上記銅裏当てを押し上げて開先部裏面に密着させて溶接を行うことを特徴とする突合せ溶接方法。
