Abstract
【解決手段】 カルシウムアルミネート系鉄鋼スラグを主成分とし、組成が質量%で、Al2O3:25〜45%、(CaO+CaF2)/Al2O3:1.1〜2.0、CaF2:2〜6%を含有し、かつAl2O3、CaO、CaF2の総質量が75%以上であることを特徴とする水硬性組成物である。鉄鋼の製造工程で発生する鉄鋼スラグをそのまま、焼成せずにまたポルトランドセメント等の他の水硬性組成物と混合せずに、セメントの代替として使用することのできる水硬性組成物であるため、鉄鋼スラグをそのまま利用することができ、安価な利用ができる利点がある。

Description
(1)カルシウムアルミネート系鉄鋼スラグを主成分とし、組成が質量%で、Al2O3:25〜45%、(CaO+CaF2)/Al2O3:1.1〜2.0、CaF2:2〜6%を含有し、かつAl2O3、CaO、CaF2の総質量が75%以上であることを特徴とする水硬性組成物。
(2)カルシウムアルミネート系鉄鋼スラグの含有量が85質量%以上であることを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の水硬性組成物。
(3)セメントとして用いることを特徴とする上記(1)又は(2)に記載の水硬性組成物。
(4)上記(1)乃至(3)のいずれかに記載の水硬性組成物と骨材及び水を配合してなることを特徴とする水和固化体。
Claims (4)
- カルシウムアルミネート系鉄鋼スラグを主成分とし、組成が質量%で、Al2O3:25〜45%、(CaO+CaF2)/Al2O3:1.1〜2.0、CaF2:2〜6%を含有し、かつAl2O3、CaO、CaF2の総質量が75%以上であることを特徴とする水硬性組成物。
- カルシウムアルミネート系鉄鋼スラグの含有量が85質量%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水硬性組成物。
- セメントとして用いることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の水硬性組成物。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の水硬性組成物と骨材及び水を配合してなることを特徴とする水和固化体。
