Abstract
【解決手段】暗色セラミックス焼結体の分離用水溶液20としてのガラス及び前記暗色セラミックス焼結体の少なくとも一方に対するエッチング力を有する処理液(フッ化水素酸、及びフッ化アンモニウムと酸の混合物等)に暗色セラミックス焼結体付きガラス30を浸漬する。容器11に処理液Aを投入し、暗色セラミックス焼結体付きガラス30を容器11内に投入する。

[HF2 −]⇔[HF]+[F−]・・・(2)
平衡式(1)及び(2)における平衡定数をそれぞれK1、K2とする。K1、K2は、電気化学的手法をはじめとする様々な手法で見積もられる。K1、K2の値と、フッ化水素酸中の水素イオン濃度[H+]とフッ化水素酸濃度[HF]から[HF2 −]濃度を算出することができる。

平衡式(4)〜(6)における平衡定数をそれぞれK1、K3、K2とする。K1、K2、K3は、電気化学的手法をはじめとする様々な手法で見積もられる。K1、K2、K3の値と、水素イオン濃度[H+]、フッ化アンモニウム濃度[NH4F]から[HF2 −]濃度を算出することができる。

Claims (10)
- ガラスと暗色セラミックス焼結体とを分離する暗色セラミックス焼結体の分離用水溶液であって、前記ガラス及び前記暗色セラミックス焼結体の少なくとも一方に対するエッチング力を有することを特徴とする分離用水溶液。
- フッ素イオンを含む酸性水溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の分離用水溶液。
- 水素イオン濃度(pH)が2以下であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の分離用水溶液。
- 前記フッ素イオンとしてHF2 −を含むことを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の分離用水溶液。
- 前記HF2 −の濃度が0.005mol/L以上であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の分離用水溶液。
- 前記分離用水溶液は錯体形成成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の記載の分離用水溶液。
- 前記錯体形成成分は、エチレンジアミン四酢酸(EDTA)、ニトリロ三酢酸(NTA)、ジエチレントリアミン五酢酸(DTPA)等のアミノカルボン酸及びその塩と、シュウ酸、酒石酸、リンゴ酸、クエン酸、マロン酸、コハク酸、グルコン酸等のオキシカルボン酸及びその塩と、リン酸、ヒドロキシエタンジホスホン酸(HEDP)、トリポリリン酸(STPP)等のホスホン酸及びその塩とから成る群から選ばれる1又は2以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項6記載の分離用水溶液。
- 前記酸性水溶液は界面活性剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項2乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の記載の分離用水溶液。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の分離用水溶液に暗色セラミックス焼結体付きガラスを浸漬する浸漬ステップを備えることを特徴とする暗色セラミックス焼結体の分離方法。
- 前記暗色セラミックス焼結体付きガラスは、暗色セラミックス焼結体及び導電性セラミックス焼結体を備え、ガラス、暗色セラミックス焼結体、及び導電性セラミックス焼結体をそれぞれ分別回収することを特徴とする請求項9記載の暗色セラミックス焼結体の分離方法。
