Description
また、分離用水溶液は界面活性剤を含むので、各構成材料に対する濡れ性を高く維持することができる。また、イオンを含むので、水分子のクラスターを小さいまま長時間安定して維持することができる。
また、分離用水溶液に熱エネルギーを付与して水分子の運動を活性化すれば、各構成材料の界面への浸透力を高く維持することができる。

Claims (8)
- ガラス及び中間膜を有する合わせガラスを各構成材料に分離する分離用水溶液であって、
アルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属のイオンと、
陰イオン界面活性剤と、
非イオン界面活性剤とを含み、
アルカリ性を示すことを特徴とする分離用水溶液。 - 前記アルカリ金属はカリウムであり、前記アルカリ土類金属はマグネシウム又はカルシウムであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の分離用水溶液。
- 前記分離用水溶液は、17O−NMRスペクトルにおける半値幅が40〜80Hzの水を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の分離用水溶液。
- 前記分離用水溶液は、水素イオン濃度(pH)が11〜12の処理水を10〜1000倍に希釈したものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の分離用水溶液。
- ガラス及び中間膜を有する合わせガラスを各構成材料に分離する分離方法であって、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の分離用水溶液に前記ガラス及び中間膜を有する合わせガラスを浸漬する浸漬ステップを備えることを特徴とする分離方法。 - 前記浸漬ステップは、前記ガラス及び中間膜を有する合わせガラスに外力を加える外力付加ステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載の分離方法。
- 前記分離用水溶液は、30〜60℃に温度調整されていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載の分離方法。
- 前記ガラス及び中間膜を有する合わせガラスから前記ガラス及び中間膜をリサイクル可能な状態で回収することを特徴とする請求項5乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の分離方法。
