Abstract
【解決手段】金属箔または金属光沢を有するプラスチックフィルムまたは紙からなる基材表面に塗布し、加熱することにより皮膜を形成する被覆剤であって、樹脂組成物100重量部(固形分)中にポリエステル系樹脂を10〜40重量部(固形分)配合した耐熱性被覆剤。

Description
本発明の蓋材に用いられる紫外線硬化型インキは、骨格がポリエステルであるポリエステル系の樹脂であり、末端にアクリル分子を備えている樹脂を主成分とし、顔料、艶消し剤等の添加剤が加えられたインキを用いるのが好ましい。
表1の実施例欄に記載した配合に基づいて得られた実施例1の耐熱性被覆剤をバーコーターにて厚さ20μmの硬質アルミニウム箔の艶面に乾燥塗布量が約1.5g/m2となるように塗布し、雰囲気温度180℃の乾燥炉中で10秒加熱乾燥させて皮膜を形成した。得られた皮膜にヒートシーラーを、温度190℃、圧力0.54MPa、時間1秒圧着させたが、皮膜表面にブロッキングや変褪色は起こらなかった。
表1の比較例欄に記載された配合に基づいて得られた比較例1の耐熱性被覆剤をバーコーターにて厚さ20μmの硬質アルミニウム箔の艶面に乾燥塗布量が約1.5g/m2となるように塗布し、雰囲気温度180℃の乾燥炉中で10秒加熱乾燥させて皮膜を作製した。得られた皮膜にヒートシーラーを、温度190℃、圧力0.54MPa、時間1秒圧着させたが、被膜表面にブロッキングや変褪色は起こらなかった。

Claims (2)
- 金属箔または金属光沢を有するプラスチックフィルムまたは紙からなる基材表面に塗布し、加熱することにより皮膜を形成する被覆剤であって、樹脂組成物100重量部(固形分)に対しにポリエステル系樹脂を10〜40重量部(固形分)配合した耐熱性被覆剤。
- 金属箔または金属光沢を有するプラスチックフィルムまたは紙からなる基材と、その一方の表面に請求項1記載の耐熱性被覆剤を塗布し、加熱することによって形成される耐熱性樹脂層と、その表面に印刷される紫外線硬化型インキからなる印刷層とからなるPTP包装体用の蓋材。
