電圧センサ73は、コンデンサC1の両端の電圧、すなわち、昇圧コンバータ10の入力電圧VLを検出し、その検出した電圧VLを制御装置60へ出力する。電圧センサ72は、コンデンサC2の両端の電圧、すなわち、昇圧コンバータ10の出力電圧VH(インバータ20,30の入力電圧に相当する。以下同じ。)を検出し、その検出した電圧VHを制御装置60へ出力する。
図3は、図2に示したバッテリ制御用ECU61におけるバッテリB1のSOC算出の処理構造を示すフローチャートである。
図4を参照して、このバッテリB1のOCVとSOCとの相関関係の特徴は、OCVとSOCとが線形関係になく、また、SOCの上限近傍および下限近傍を除いて曲線の傾きが小さいことである。
次に、車両100において商用電源用の交流電圧VACから直流の充電電圧を発生する方法について説明する。
図5では、図1のインバータ20および30のうちのU相アームが代表として示されている。またモータジェネレータの3相コイルのうちU相コイルが代表として示されている。U相について代表的に説明すれば各相コイルには同相の電流が流されるので、他の2相の回路もU相と同じ動きをする。図5を見ればわかるように、U相コイルU1とU相アーム22の組、およびU相コイルU2とU相アーム32の組はそれぞれ昇圧コンバータ10と同様な構成となっている。したがって、たとえば100Vの交流電圧を直流電圧に変換するだけでなく、さらに昇圧してたとえば200V程度のバッテリ充電電圧に変換することが可能である。
図5、図6を参照して、まず電圧VAC>0すなわちラインACL1の電圧VM1がラインACL2の電圧VM2よりも高い場合には、昇圧コンバータのトランジスタQ1はON状態とされ、トランジスタQ2はOFF状態とされる。これにより昇圧コンバータ10は電源ラインPL2から電源ラインPL1に向けて充電電流を流すことができるようになる。
Claims (15)
- 基準容量とは異なる容量の蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置に入出力される電流を検知して検出値を前記蓄電装置の容量と前記基準容量の比に応じて変換して出力する電流検知部と、
前記電流検知部の出力を受けて電流積算を行ない前記蓄電装置の充電状態を判断する充電制御装置とを備える、車両。 - 前記電流検知部は、
前記蓄電装置に接続される配線に流れる電流を測定するセンサと、
前記センサの出力を前記蓄電装置の容量と前記基準容量の比率に応じて変換する変換部とを含む、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記変換部は、前記蓄電装置の容量が前記基準容量のn倍であるときは、前記センサの出力を1/n倍して出力する、請求項2に記載の車両。
- 前記蓄電装置に対して外部から充電するための電力線を接続する接続部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記蓄電装置に貯蔵された電力を用いて前記車両を推進させる回転電機と、
前記車両を推進させるために前記回転電機と併用される内燃機関とをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 基準容量とは異なる容量の蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置に入出力される電流を検知して検出値を前記蓄電装置の容量と前記基準容量の比に応じて変換して出力する電流検知部とを備え、
前記電流検知部は、電流積算を行ない前記蓄電装置の充電状態を判断する充電制御装置に前記検出値を出力する、車両の電源装置。 - 前記電流検知部は、
前記蓄電装置に接続される配線に流れる電流を測定するセンサと、
前記センサの出力を前記蓄電装置の容量と前記基準容量の比率に応じて変換する変換部とを含む、請求項6に記載の車両の電源装置。 - 前記変換部は、前記蓄電装置の容量が前記基準容量のn倍であるときは、前記センサの出力を1/n倍して出力する、請求項7に記載の車両の電源装置。
- 前記蓄電装置に対して外部から充電するための電力線を接続する接続部をさらに備える、請求項6に記載の車両の電源装置。
- 前記車両は、
前記蓄電装置に貯蔵された電力を用いて前記車両を推進させる回転電機と、
前記車両を推進させるために前記回転電機と併用される内燃機関とを備える、請求項6に記載の車両の電源装置。 - 車両の電源装置に用いられる電流検知装置であって、
前記電流検知装置は、基準容量とは異なる容量の蓄電装置と充電制御装置との間に接続されて用いられ、
前記電流検知装置は、前記蓄電装置に入出力される電流を検知して検出値を前記蓄電装置の容量と前記基準容量の比に応じて変換して出力し、
前記充電制御装置は、電流積算を行ない前記蓄電装置の充電状態を判断する、電流検知装置。 - 前記電流検知装置は、
前記蓄電装置に接続される配線に流れる電流を測定するセンサと、
前記センサの出力を前記蓄電装置の容量と前記基準容量の比率に応じて変換する変換部とを含む、請求項11に記載の電流検知装置。 - 前記変換部は、前記蓄電装置の容量が前記基準容量のn倍であるときは、前記センサの出力を1/n倍して出力する、請求項12に記載の電流検知装置。
- 前記車両は、
前記蓄電装置に対して外部から充電するための電力線を接続する接続部を備える、請求項11に記載の電流検知装置。 - 前記車両は、
前記蓄電装置に貯蔵された電力を用いて前記車両を推進させる回転電機と、
前記車両を推進させるために前記回転電機と併用される内燃機関とを備える、請求項11に記載の電流検知装置。
