Abstract
【解決手段】 エンジン負荷が所定値以上の過給領域で電動過給機を作動させると共に、エンジン負荷が前記所定値未満の非過給領域で過給機を停止させ又は前記過給領域における回転数よりも低い所定の低回転数で過給機を作動させるように構成されたエンジンの過給装置であって、バッテリの劣化状態を検出するバッテリ劣化検出手段と、該検出手段によりバッテリの劣化が検出されたときに、非過給領域における過給機の回転数を所定値上昇させる回転補正手段とを有することを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- エンジン負荷が所定値以上の過給領域で電動過給機を作動させると共に、エンジン負荷が前記所定値未満の非過給領域で過給機を停止させ又は前記過給領域における回転数よりも低い所定の低回転数で過給機を作動させるように構成されたエンジンの過給装置であって、
バッテリの劣化状態を検出するバッテリ劣化検出手段と、
該検出手段によりバッテリの劣化が検出されたときに、非過給領域における過給機の回転数を所定値上昇させる回転補正手段とを有することを特徴とするエンジンの過給装置。 - 前記請求項1に記載のエンジンの過給装置において、
前記回転補正手段は、前記バッテリ劣化検出手段によりバッテリの劣化が検出されたときに、電動過給機に電力供給することにより非過給領域における過給機の回転数を上昇させると共に、回転数の上昇量をオルタネータの発電電力で賄える上昇量に設定することを特徴とするエンジンの過給装置。 - 前記請求項1に記載のエンジンの過給装置において、
電動過給機が配設された過給通路と、該過給通路における電動過給機の上、下流側に接続されて吸気制御弁が配設されたバイパス通路と、前記過給通路とバイパス通路との合流部から下流側に延びてスロットル弁が配設された合流通路とを有し、
前記回転補正手段は、前記バッテリ劣化検出手段によりバッテリの劣化が検出されたときに、非過給領域において前記スロットル弁を全開にした状態で前記吸気制御弁の開度を制御することにより、エンジンに吸入される空気量を調整すると共に前記過給通路に空気を流し、過給機の回転数を上昇させることを特徴とするエンジンの過給装置。
